I recently visited Nando’s stratford and overall had a great experience. The food was excellent – fresh, tasty, and full of flavor. The restaurant was quite busy and a little crowded, which may have contributed to the service being a bit slow. That said, the staff were friendly, and the lively atmosphere made it enjoyable. Definitely worth a visit if you’re craving delicious chicken!

The customer service here is top-notch! The staff is attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction (Farhiz & Bilal, Sha, Gonzalo) . Their dedication to providing a positive experience truly sets them apart.

I have to say, I was expecting some fast food quality, but I got surprised when I actually got my chicken. It was delicious and super fast to arrive. The service was non existent, cause you can do everything through app. And that’s very comfortable:) no need to split bill by yourself if you go with a lot of friends! The sauces are delicious Only the place is kinda loud. I was expecting that, of course, but sometimes very much.

We arrived in the afternoon as a party of seven to this Nandos - We had a very last minute, impromptu plan to suprise someone in our group with a birthday cake not only were the team enthusiastic and happy to accommodate us - they also brung out extra plates, candles, a lighter and sung happy birthday as a team to suprise the birthday girl! (a special thank you to Malik). They went out of their way to make the day extra special on late notice, and we were so grateful. The service was also speedy and establishment very clean and all staff went the extra mile 🙂 a lovely visit.

Tried Nando’s for the first time. Best restaurant I tried in Europe! It was super delicious and that spicy sauce was clean and awesome! I bought that sauce to bring it home and my family and friends were also satisfied with that sauce.
