Beautiful and mesmerising cafe. Staff were really friendly and attentive. Great spot for taking photos. We were really impressed with the service and how clean the place is. Menu items are reasonably priced. We were served by staff member Elisa who really went above and beyond customer service, providing us menu, being attentive and approaching us for order at the right time, allowing us to move to the romantic table and taking pictures for us. All the staff at the store were very patient and understanding allowing us to take pictures comfortably. It’s rare to find excellent service and good hospitality like this in London. Drinks were delicious and recommend the host chocolate with marshmallow on top. Best experience for our Valentine’s Day!

It's a really beautiful place. I came here with some friends while visiting London. The staff working here was lovely, the lady even offered to take a picture of us. Really great experience, amazing food !

Beautiful location but the menu is not the same at all the locations so you may want to browse the menus to see which location has what you want. Absolutely gorgeous!
