I purchased a grilled chicken wrap twice in 2 days as it was just that good. They have a wide variety of American food options such as shakes and burgers which I saw were made with care over the grille. I do however wish they had a warmer service as I do prefer a smile with my service.

Really disappointing recently. These guys used to have great burgers that almost justified the prices they charge. 
But recently they've been getting the orders wrong and for the price it just is not worth it.
Real shame, they used to be amazing. Not sure if its the change in staff?

Given our previous visit to their larger branch in Watford, which scored a below average 2/5 ROARS, we simply weren't prepared for the unprecedented improvement Smoky Boys have made, despite knowing that they'd recently introduced Angus beef at the same time as having tweaked the menu somewhat. As such, we were caught entirely off guard. This was more than just a tweak. It was obvious that they'd put some serious thought into said upgrade.

At this point, we'd go so far as to say, based on the burgers we've had at this branch, that Smoky Boys' are probably the best all round burgers in west London.

While the size limitations of this small branch don't allow them the luxury of having a dessert menu, they definitely deserve 4/5 ROARS.

There are improvements to be made though. But, given what we've experienced thus far, it's only a matter of time.

Ordered food through uber eats came cold, took it back and the Smoky Boys really looked after me with piping hot and some Xtra's chucked in 10/10

Been here many tines for a burger and chips, or sometimes just the chips, and I think it’s a great place with lots of options to customise your food. 

I’ve had their beef, chicken and lamb burgers and all tasted great and meaty, not like some places where you end up with a thin dry piece of processed meat circle posing as a burger!

They’ve stopped doing their chunky chips at this branch, which is a shame as I loved those, but the usual fries are pretty good.   I hear they do onion rings at other branches too and would love it if they added this to the menu!

I’ve not tried the shakes yet but they look and sound very indulgent! 

You can order food for delivery or collection via their app, including setting a time for your food to be ready, which is really handy when you want your food ready to pick up on your way home. 
 
On top of everything else, I’ve always found the staff to be very helpful, polite and professional.

All of our meat is from Halal certified suppliers.
