Love the food here. Always fresh and tasty. Menu changes every once in a while which makes it worth coming back. Great vegan and vegetarian options. Kitchen is open so you can see how everything is being prepared freshly.

This place makes delicious food. And an incredible smothered chicken and yellow cake. Nice and country. But can someone please tell the chef to stop putting SUGAR IN THE STUFFIN! And when you do please call me for a free taste! 😁

The Soul Spot catered my graduation party and the food was a hit!!!!!! Everyone kept asking where the food was and where the brick and mortar location is located! Seriously, the food made the party!! The whole process was enjoyable. It was an enjoyable process from ordering to delivery. Always quick to respond and literally so nice!! Thank you!!

Amazing, delicious and flavorful food. I love the food so much that I even had them cater my wedding! It was just yummy and Chef Ceesay and his team were wonderful. I highly recommend The Soul Spot for a quick meal or for your next event!

Three stars for the excellent staff; very helpful! This use to be my favorite soul food spot, and I decided to go back after almost a decade. The food wasn’t how I remembered; it was just ok! The baked chicken seemed old, tough, and overcooked. The catfish, greens, cornbread, rice, and peas were good. The coconut cake wasn’t good. It seemed very stale; it reminded me of old bread. Unfortunately, I will not return; I will keep my memories and carry on.
