Today I treated my 6 year old daughter to chicken and waffles as she absolutely loves it! First impressions were good, the lady who greeted us was very nice and Very polite which was great because I had read many reviews prior to our visit and many of them gave negative feedback in regards to customer service. The only downside was she didn’t offer any drinks, it was a hot day and I guarantee if she had said the word “milkshake” or “juice” both of us would of had two! The food came very quick and it wasn’t freshly made, the chicken was tooooo crispy and a little “chewy” but the waffles were nice. I wish they gave us proper knives and forks!! We also ordered fries and I’ll be completely honest they were an absolute disappoint!!! The Mac and cheese was ok. From the looks on the website the deserts look tasty so I’ll definitely give them another chance before end of this month. 2 stars for customer service and 1 star for the food.

Lovely food exceptional customer service

Reasonably nice but fairly overpriced chicken but the main problem with this place is the absolute terrible customer service on offer if you have any problems with your food, The staff are very rude and offer no help at all. The bad customer service outweighs the average quality chicken and results in a rubbish experience.
