this restaurant is always busy. Why? because it's good. Food is great, not the cheapest. Nice staff. Can get very busy at peak times and then very loud, to the point we stopped (before lockdown of course) going on Friday or Saturdays as we couldn't hear outselves think. Recommend this place

What a wonderful restaurant and what wonderful food and service. First visit and certainly not our last. Everything about the experience was good, food, ambience, staff, can't fault it. Very attentive but not intrusive and a nice variety of dishes all beautifully prepared and very tasty.

Last night I went to eat out at Skewd Kitchen for the first time with friends, and couldn't have been more impressed. The staff were really friendly and provided brilliant service, and was truly amazed with how quick the food came to our table. I ordered the Chicken Shish, which tasted absolutely delicious and the side dishes of Couscous, Chips and Salad added extra flavour to the meal. The presentation of the food instantly gave an aesthetical appeal and the portion size was more than perfect. The atmosphere of the restaurant was really relaxing and above all I loved the layout as there was a lot of personality to it with the structure and colour within the surroundings. If anyone wants to know where the best Turkish restaurant is in North London, I shall instantly recommend them to dine at Skewd Kitchen in Cockfosters!

Wonderful food and equally wonderful cocktails especially the Irish coffee to end the night...decadent and delicious

Enjoyed the food. Bread was not what I was expecting. Meat was delicious. Dips were aamazing. First day opening after 3 months lock down. good job. xx
