*NATIONAL CURRY WEEK* What better way to celebrate then heading to @ashasmanchesteruk and enjoying authentic Indian food and culinary innovation in their beautiful restaurant. What we ate: MUSCAT GOSHT Boneless tender lamb cooked with clarified butter in a spicy, rich onion and tomato gravy. EMPERORS PLATTER A selection of whole lobster in it's shell with Kerala chilli garlic prawns, chicken malai kebab, aloo tikki, lamb chops, vegetable samosa and makhni sauce. DAL TADKA Yellow lentils tempered with cumin, onions, tomatoes & green chillies. MUSCAT GOSHT STORY "Sightseeing in the Sultanate of Oman, stopped for lunch at a small dhaba' and had the most wonderful lamb preparation. This is my presentation of that hot afternoon" πŸ”ΌπŸ”ΌπŸ”Ό DEFINITELY A DISH TO TRY! We also got: Poppadoms, peshwari naan and garlic naan. Overall a beautiful setting, delicious food and a fab experience. Service was on point throughout the night. Asha's is located on Peter St in @fortysevenmanchester You can also dine @thepetermanmcr in the basement where they have a small bites menu created by Asha's.

Very posh ambiance. Staff were friendly and accommodating. A little bit on the pricey side but it's worth every penny. Would come back again when i visit Manchester.
