1 star because I can't give ZERO! Been wanting to try this place for a while as it looks good. I really wish I had not bothered. We ordered our food and received our starters after 5-10 minutes which was great. We then waited 55 minutes for our mains! 55 minutes! Just before the mains arrived we decided to pay for the starters and leave, as we had been asking for the whereabouts of our food for the last 20 minutes! When we asked for the bill the manager came out and said he wasn't aware we were waiting that long. To my astonishment one of the showman chefs (the ones that wear blue and cut the meat Infront of you) angrily said "but we have made all the food!". He asked me how long I had been waiting. When I told him the time he said "yes that is a normal time for our steaks here". I don't know about anyone else but I for sure know a steak does not take 55 minutes to arrive, and if it did I would expect I would be told before. When I questioned this waiter I asked him why it was 55 minutes, he said that because we had our starters they wait before they bring the mains. I told him that we finished the starters 50 minutes ago, he again angrily said that was normal. I questioned him again and said do you put a timer on tables from they get the starters? He said yes and that it was at least 45 minutes. This was a ridiculous lie as there was other people dining that came after us and had received their food way before us. We did not have the energy to argue anymore as we were all absolutely starving, we paid for our starters and the manager said next time when you come we will sort you out. I was confused why he wanted to help us next time but didn't even offer anything to help this time! I can honestly say this was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. To be spoken to in such a way by a waiter is disgraceful. I will definitely not be returning here.

Okay it's expensive. Let's just get that out of the way to start with. But it's also an experience. And enjoyable one at that. The food was good and the performance was also good. One star off for a very minor detail: sometimes because of the recurrent performances, the waiters forget that the customers are people and almost avoid eye contact. Even when we were leaving, not one person said "thank you for coming." Now maybe that's petty for some, but it's something that made me feel like I was appreciated for my custom... Would i recommend it....definitely if you can afford it...

I was going to give a lower rating for the price... But I think it does deserve 5 starts for what it is... if you have money then go for it as it will be a fun experience. I give it 3 starts for two reasons. 1) We had to spend 5 minutes trying to flag down a server to get sauces, surely for the price they would have offered? This was my first visit here with the family and they were aware of this. 2) The main reason i have Given this a lower rating is the toilets. the toilets seats were broken!. I believe the maintenance and cleanliness of toilets give you a over sense of the management and how serious they are looking after their customers. Are they taking shortcuts with our food also? makes you wonder and question. Please fix the toilets and ill give you 5 starts!

You go for the experience - food can be either very good or very very good. There can be cues at times however it is normally worth the wait. If you like the Turkish cuisine this is a place to go to. If you want to have a theater style of service where the meat is cut -or flamed and sizzled - this is a must

Definitely worth a visit (or 5 if you’re a meat lover). Extensive menu, attentive staff and there’s a good vibe about the place. Can get very busy so pre-booking is recommended. The music can get loud and there’s not much room to move so maybe not a place for young children or your gran. The ingredients, prep, service and decor are more upmarket vs a kebab shop so prices adjusted accordingly.
