Shake Shack Victoria Nova

My London adventure would not  have been complete if I haven't tried their 100% beef burger. I highly recommend  this. If you love spicy food then try to add some Louisiana hot sauce which is my favourite hot sauce ever since I travelled to USA.

I have just paid around 7 quid for a flat coke and a low effort hotdog. I'm a 35 year old dad bod guy so I can speak with authority on fast food. This was not fast or tasty. Twas a frankfurter in a brioche. Nothing more. It's poor.

Hi , i came recently for holidays in London. I was walking around the Buckingham Palace and after we decided with my boyfriend to go to eat. We found Shake Shack Victoria and to be honest i really enjoyed. We was served  by Eri. She helped us to chose the burgers and the shakes . We visited this shop 2 times . We will come again soon Shake Shack 😉.

Good tasty burgers, although a little expensive. Service was very quick. Unfortunately I noticed that many of the staff here have a habit of chatting to each other while working and I believe this affects their basic communication with customers (the guy at the counter suddenly shouted something to a colleague while I was giving him my order). The upstairs seating area is also like an oven.

Having such a massive space I would imagine the staff take great care to produce the best burgers. These are the crappiest burgers I’ve ever tasted in London. Staff was helpful but unfortunately no leadership and most ingredients were missing, no relish, no still water, no draft beer although they had a row of the drafts to serve them. Seems like the manager didn’t turn up. The bathroom was a disgrace.  Very sad what they have done to the brand.

The chicken we use in our Chicken Shack and Chicken Bites in every UK Shack is halal-certified, including our 2021 festive Black Truffle Chicken item.
