I have never felt the need to write a negative review before, but my experience at Beyond Boba Ilford Lane was so shockingly bad due to one employee that I have to warn others. When I placed my order, she slammed the cup down on the counter so hard I jumped. I wasn't expecting a parade, but basic human decency and professionalism would be nice. I paid nearly £12 for a drink and was treated with utter contempt. The drink was mediocre, but that's almost irrelevant after being made to feel so unwelcome. Life is too short to spend your money where you're not valued. I will never go back and would not recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy being treated like a nuisance by someone who clearly hates their job.

This is my first time at Beyond Boba, I was visiting from Washington DC to London for two days it was so nice to taste a drink from Boba and Ms. Asia helped us to choose a right drink for us and she was so nice and humble. Thanks to her.

Very tasteless, ordered two drinks, one regular and large and noticed the amount of syrup was the same but large was just filled with more water and ice. They both were very bland. I was charged for tapioca which in every other bubble tea shop has always been included in the price so found that odd. The atmosphere was strange, bunch of teenage boys sat in the seating area talking to the one girl working. They continued to have their conversations as I was placing my order and felt like I was interrupting. Wouldn’t visit again nor recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with this boba vendor at a wedding event. I was trying to get drinks for myself and my elderly family members who couldn’t stand in line due to mobility issues. There were four of us total, and I asked for just two drinks (which is all I could carry), so we could share. The person serving was not only rude but completely inflexible. He insisted it was strictly one drink per person, and told me I should queue again for each additional drink — as if I was expected to line up four separate times just because my elderly family couldn’t physically stand in line themselves. That’s completely unreasonable. Had my family members been able to queue, we would have all reached the front at the same time and each received a drink anyway. The lack of basic courtesy, empathy, and common sense was shocking, especially in a setting like a wedding where guests should feel cared for. I would absolutely not recommend this vendor, particularly if you're hosting an event where accessibility, kindness, and customer service matter. This Boba vendor was chosen for a wedding at Royal Nawaab, 8th August.

Today me and my friends were feeling thirsty. So we decided to walk our ways into this place. We order a natural brown sugar. And all i have to say is that this place might be the best place on earths history. Also, the workers are very polite and very kind. If you was to want to have a refreshing drink I recommended come here best place 100%
