Loved our experience at Zouk tonight. The place was lovely and spacious. The service was top notch! Our waiter was fantastic and helpful, kept asking how everything was and if we needed anything. Food arrived hot and promptly. The lamb biryani was our favourite dish with plenty of meat. We also had the garlic & coriander naan with butter chicken which were good. There was a wide selection of foods and drinks to choose from. There were plenty of mocktail options which was considerate of those who don’t prefer alcohol. We had a shisha later outdoors that was also great; again the service was fantastic and the seating area well-designed with nice music in the background. We were checked on regularly with the coal pieces replaced & shisha fixed whenever it started to burn. Plenty of blankets and heaters outdoors to keep warm. We were treated with a complementary desi chai that was lovely. Honestly, I would recommend this place. You would get good value for the money spent as the service was excellent, making all the difference. The food was great quality & taste with plenty of options and the vibes/ambience was chill and fun 👍🏻

We went for the Sunday roast of a whole chicken with a platter of sharing vegetables. The gravy was the highlight, rich with a mild spicy flavour. This is such great value and with an Indian twist on a classic English roast, can't wait to eat it again!

Amazing food and service.

Restaurant was very busy but service and food quality was great. We got popadoms and pickles to start then Dum Bukht, Butter Chicken and Lamb Biryani and mango lassi.

Everything was really good and quantity was very big except mango salad which was not good (too onion-y).

Only thing is that it’s very loud in the restaurant so I wouldnt recommend it if you are looking for a quiet dinner.

Went here for my graduation was such a beautiful evening, staff were so kind, considerate and attentive. The food was out of this world, have a fussy family and everyone found something to enjoy, plates were empty! Great prices for the amazing quality of food can’t wait to return! Thank you for my graduation surprise also! Cannot recommend enough especially for special occasions or dates even as the decor was beautiful and in such a great location.

Wonderful food and very good service. The dishes were served very quickly and tasted amazing. Their daal is 10/10. The avocado dish (starter) was definitely my favourite. The local larger beer is very good too. The place is very cozy and their tap water is served with mint and cucumber. I’m in love with this place.

We had a lovely time last Friday. The menu is a perfect balance between veg and non veg options. The food is delish and the service is immaculate. Everyone was very friendly and happy to make suggestions when asked. Despite being super busy considering it’s Eid weekend, everyone was gracious, took their time with us and catered to our needs. Would definitely visit again.

Quite a nice place to have some Indian food. Food is great, what I like the most about this place is they have really simple small menu. So choices are easy and food is fresh and tasty. Staff are great, always welcoming. Will defo reccomend giving it a try

Beautifully cooked curry in the heart of Manchester!
The butter chicken Tikka Massala was perfectly flavored and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The naan was really well done as well. I would only say they should put more chicken in it, it seemed like a lot of sauce and not enough substance. But I still really loved it.

My girlfriend got kadhai paneer and really enjoyed it as well. Lots of flavors and lots of substance to that dish.

Drinks were great as well!

The staff seemed kind of all over the place as there were 3 people who came to our table to ask us what we wanted in 2 minutes. But that isn't necessarily a bad thing.

I would love to go again!

Came here Friday and it was amazing. The inside is decorated really nice and the staff were all amazing. Very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious!! Sat at the bar after for a drink and the bar staff where just as lovely. They had no seat left for me and as I was ordering, without even asking, they brought a stool over for me. They play house music throughout the night which also has a nice vibe. Had a fantastic night!

Food was lovely, and service was great.
However when I got home I had been charged a cancellation policy charge for “not attending” when I had.
I tried to ring 6 times and sent 2 emails and have only just been contacted back being told to produce evidence that I did attend my booking?
Really disappointing.

We went for the bottomless drinks and sushi and it was incredible! The servers were really attentive and our drinks were never left empty. The sushi is divine and there is plenty of it! We also ordered the Tokyo fries which we definitely recommend if you’re feeling greedy. All in all a really lovely restaurant.

Food was really great, good value for money on the bottomless sushi deal - waited a good 5-10 minutes for the host to get off the phone, not even an acknowledgement or hello which felt odd.
The waiters forgot our drinks, then added them to the bill! Then got all our food orders mixed up with another table and had no clue what they were serving us! We had a vegan and gluten free on the table so it was a disaster.
We still were charged to service fee even though the service was slow and no one knew what they were doing! Would come back if it improved on staff, they were very nice but it felt like a hot mess

The sushi was amazing! Our other server Muzi was great and kept our drinks full! Amazing atmosphere and we will definitely return!

Tattu Restaurant and Bar

For us the food wasn't worth the price or the hype.

Jasmine rice was hard and clumping. The sauces that went with the lamp cutlets, bbq chicken and duck springs rolls all taste shop bought and out of the bottle. The rock shrimp had an added fish taste to it. The lamb was slightly overcooked as well.

The Tuna wontons were very nice and fresh. The banana fritters were amazing and the best thing we ate.

The decorations and ambience is amazing it's a shame the food isn't. Cocktails were nice though.

The food here was AMAZING. As a vegetarian I was extremely happy with their veggie options which were absolutely incredible. I like how you can eat the food in a tapas style if you want, or you can have the traditional way of starters/mains/dessert. The veggie chicken dish is insanely good - you could hardly tell it isn't real chicken and the flavours are perfection 👌🏼. The drinks are nice and the bento box drink is very fun. The decor of the space is also very beautiful. Have already planned to go back here next time I am in Manchester.

What an amazing place. It was recommended to us by a friend. We ordered wagyu steak and lobster and wasn't disappointed. The food and presentation was first class. The service was great. The atmosphere was also great, a DJ was playing but not intrusive at all. The decor was very nice and the seating felt intimate. Overall a great experience and will definitely be back. Forgot how amazing the food was, and the services was like no where else, thanks to the sweet Natalia and her impeccable timing and manners. Shame I didn't have cash on me to leave as a tip. One of the best places to eat in Manchester.  Stunning decor,very helpful and well informed staff and the food is sublime. The Rock Shrimp is delicious and my daughter had fillet of beef with caramel soy sauce,she said it was amazing. Really can't go wrong at Tattu.

My first time here and the food was amazing. The drinks selection was very good and the staff were attentive when needed. Only thing that is missing is a heat rating on the main dishes (but if you know your curries then this shouldn't be an issue)

One of the best, been here 5 times now, it’s officially our go-to place when we want a curry. Great service, authentic food. Goan fish curry is brilliant. Shout out to the manager Markus and the waitress staff… very personable and welcoming . Will be back here again and again .

Ate here twice.  Lovely clean restaurant.  Welcoming staff, I could not fault the service.  The food was outstanding. More than happy to recommend.  I will definitely be eating there again on my next trip to Manchester.  Very well done to Marcus and his team😊

Ziya was disappointing.  The starters, we had the wings which were average, them lamb chops were tender but taste was average, and the curry was very disappointing, it was hot which I like but was too sweet without much flavour.  The nans were really nice. The service was good.  I would not go back all together very average.

Staff are nice and the dishes I tried were simply excellent. The Chettinad is a perfect mix of sweet and spicy. The veg Manchurian, these little vegetable dumplings in sauce, have the texture of real meatballs and thrice the flavour!

Rest assured, these guys know what they're doing.
