Very overpriced for the quality and taste of food. The bread was crumbly compared to what you'd expect from sourdough. The ham option was disappointing compared to many other places. And the taste was bland.

It's a nice atmosphere but very, very overpriced cafe for what you get which is possibly a bit worse than area average. £5 for mocha is a bit insane. But I guess it's what you get that close to Primrose hill. Many much better tasting food cafes for same or less money in the area

Favourite local cafe. The desserts are always fresh and tasty. Very friendly staff.

Nice hot chocolate, friendly and attentive staff. Unfortunately the cake was a bit dry and didn’t seem fresh. Would be good to cover the cakes and pastries - for hygiene reasons and also to keep them fresher.

Everything on our menu is Halal and vegan. Our suppliers are Tiba Food.

Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK)

I ordered a standard chicken burger which was very tasty, I would order again. However the skinny fries have to be the poorest excuse for chips I have ever encountered. They were more like skinny twiglets and would be more appropriate for a Barbie & Ken meal, they were so proportionally tiny. I really don't know what category of chips they fit into at all..

Has definitely fallen in quality Halloumi bites are a poor excuse for a starter at £4.25 they’re torn slices at best. 
No more baconnaise on the menu garlic mayo is decent but not hard to go wrong there. 
The beyond meat burger...although a tasty patty due to the brand, it was a beyond basic pairing with limp lettuce and tomato with a stingy spread of bland relish. 
If gourmet is in the name then gourmet ingredients could be expected. Where’s the caramelised onions or slices of portobello or a bountiful beetroot for a bit of bang for your buck?

Yes it's a chain, but the staff at this branch were great.

We visited with two young kids when we had an hour to kill, and both the lady on reception, and the guy who took our orders were great, really.

If you've been to a GBK then you know the drill, but the food was decent, reasonably priced, and served quickly.  The home made (or store made I guess) sauces and relishes moved beyond bog standard condiments.and the location is pleasant.

Five stars should be taken in context, and this is a burger joint,  but in that context the staff elevated the place and they made it for us.

This restaurant is somewhat confusing. I arrived, waited where the signage told me to so I could be seated. I was promptly shown to a table by a polite waiter and given a menu. 20 minutes later it transpired that to order it was basically self-service with you having to go to the till to order. Nothing on the table/menu instructs you of this. When trying to use the app for the loyalty points when ordering I was told it might be too late and that the points may have to be added when the next customer ordered. Advice to see the board for further options was difficult given the only board could not be easily seen from where I was sat. Continuing the self-service theme my drink was then brought over by a waiter. A few minutes later so was the food. Or at least I think it was - the menu had been taken away and I couldn't quite identify what everything on the plate was. After that came the scrabble-themed signage to the facilities which is completely incongruous with everything else. If the prices were lower turning a blind eye to much of this might be easier since most of this could easily be fixed with minor tweaks but otherwise an overall experience with potential that falls well short of what's easily possible.

The chicken used for burgers is Halal and is cooked in 100% rapeseed oil in a fryer specified for chicken only, however the grilled chicken used for salads and kebobs are cooked on the same grill as the bacon. The beef, lamb, and venison are not Halal. GBK does not offer Halal Grilled Chicken as an option.
