We've ordered grilled burgers by just eat app, and must say it was perfect! From the temperature of the burger, packaging, to the polite and friendly delivery driver. Delicious food! It's one of the restaurants who cater for all! Thank you!!!

Looks good right? It's even better than it looks. Rarely does one find good value in Croydon, and that makes Galitos a hidden gem. Anyone can sell burgers, chicken, rice, chips, fish, etc. But not everyone can make them taste great. If you're visiting Croydon, be sure to stop by.

I have been going to this place for a while, food is nice but the people behind the counter have no customer service skills.
And today when my wife try to order over the phone to collect he refused to take the order and saying come in and order!
Not going here every again!!!

Great service, well priced, we ordered the whole chicken with rice + 2 pieces of fired chicken. The peri peri chicken was great! I will say the rice was a let down, based on the picture was expecting some spicy rice - it was only plain white rice with a blob of sauce on top. Overall would be back though!

We are HMC approved. This means our entire menu and supply-chain is certified Halal according to HMC standards. No traces of pork or alcohol in the store.

The thing I find annoying about @boxparkcroydon is you can access the menu from your phone and place an online order, but there’s no info on which retailers serve halal food, so then you have to walk around to each retailer to enquire separately. After a couple of mins of poking around each eatery I decided to just play it safe and go for Coqfighters, which in my opinion is best option on offer.

We went for the original and green chilli cheese burgers with the buffalo wings and dashi & smoked paprika fries. It didn’t disappoint and needless to say we didn’t require any dinner that night! We were stuffed, especially since we rounded off our meal with some raspberry and peanut butter cookie dough from @humbledough_

Love the vibe at Boxpark Croydon and we had some amazing company seeing friends too. Nothing beats the vibe of my hometown ❤️

Best chips we’ve ever had!!!!!!!!!!

The chicken bites were lovely! Garlic Mayo was very strong, full of flavour - very very nice.
Bf had the burger which he said was lovely, really good but it was just dripping from the beetroot unfortunately. So he left some due to the water absorption. But otherwise the overall taste was brilliant!

I just had an Original burger!
Was so fresh,crunchy,taste was amazing!!!
The two staff was so friendly,them uniform was so clean.
My food was ready in 6 minutes.
Well done boys,excellent job!
Keep it up the good job!!!

I keep wanting to try other things on the menu but the green chilli cheese burger is just tooooo good 😫😫😍😍😍 100% would recommend, best chicken burger I've had.

The best fried chicken burger you'll eat. Hands down. Panko fried means its super crispy on the outside but melts away as soon as you bite it. The softest chicken after the crispiest bite 👌
I always get it in a bao bao bun as its different and still tastes great. Have also tasted it in regular bun and it's still amazing!
Fries are also really tasty and a very generous portion.
The special mayo's are really good. You can also get normal mayo and ketchup for free.

Came here about a month ago- Usually love it. Sadly I bit into My chicken burger to find it was raw inside. Instantly felt sick. I went to them to complain and they apologised refunded and offered to make another burger. But at that point there was no way I could eat there again. The chef told then said that they “half” cook the chicken in the morning, freeze it, then recook again? Not really sure any other restaurant ever does this. EAT WITH CAUTION FOLKS!

All our chicken is sourced from UK farms and is Halal certified. Since remocing the vodka from our k-wings. Our entire menu is now Halal.

Can I just say how yummy the food is. The flavours are on point. The roti very soft and flaky. The meat so tender and flavoursome. The prawns so yummy to. I have since been back 3 times to purchase. Very friendly and polite staff. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We came for a holiday to London and we tried the Malaysian food at Boxpark Croydon. We also tried, the Malaysian food at Boxpark Shoriditch. The nasi lemak with beef rendang was excellent and the roti canai with chicken curry was authentic. Dosa with mutton curry was brilliant too! Apart from that, the banana leaf rice set was excellent by the staff! Would definitely repeat if i ever come here again.

This restaurant is something different from most of the others and students offers a nice atmosphere with a pleasant serving and good meal for an acceptable price level.and the service was fast and friendly!

I ordered a cold Milo and Roti canai with Mutton. Absolutely phenomenal. The roti tastes fresh and reminds me of back home. I would strongly recommend.

I'm late to the party!!!!! only just found this place and it's on my doorstep!!
I've now been 3 times in a matter of weeks and have enjoyed every visit.... well, honestly, I've enjoyed the food so much....my go to..... is loaded fries, MAC&CHEESE....OMG Wicked! and the Prawns with Mango, they just melt in my mouth.

and to top it all.......Portions sizes are great value for money.  Service can be a tab slow, but I've been to The IVY, and it was slow too.!!!

I and three friends visited Crepes&Cones on Sunday 20th November unintentionally. My friends and I had planned to dine elsewhere, which was fully booked.

Crepes&Cones was on our list of places to dine at in the near future, it was relatively close to the fully booked restaurant we didn’t wait for, so took a chance going to Crepes&Cones. Despite a couple of reviews saying service was slow and waiting time very long we gave it ago and so glad we did. Service was excellent and waiting time was minimal to be fair it wasn't busy, a large group came after us and a few more people later on. We had an amazing meal with generous portions. We started off with the red velvet prawns, absolutely delicious in addition to the roulette of wings, tasty. Main course didn’t disappoint, once again generous potion and delectable. Service was excellent. We were served by a young lady named Olivia, she deserves 5 stars for being attentive and hardworking, she made us feel welcome, Olivia made sure we were ok. Definitely would recommend and hope to visit again.

Summary: We wouldn’t go back at all and sadly, would not recommend.

Chicken Popcorn (2/5) Nice but tasted like KFC
Salt & Pepper Squid (4/5) It looked like sweet and sour chicken but it was tasty.
French Fries (1/5) Tasted like chips with freezer burn

Mains:
The Buff Burger (3/5) A nice basic burger, reminded me of a burger from a van.

Grilled King Prawn Skewers: (0/5) Awful, so underwhelming given the title. They definitely did not use King Prawns and it definitely was not restaurant quality in terms of presentation or flavour - even for a diner. This was quite bland and supposedly took over an hour to prepare. They need to go to Billingsgate & invest in some actual King Prawns.

Sides: (These actually came with our Starters & we waited so long for Mains that we’d finished by then)
Return of the Mac (5/5) The Man N Cheese was really tasty, and a nice portion size too.
Plantain: (5/5) Good portion size, nice and juicy.
French Fries: (1/5) Still tasted like chips with freezer burn.

Pros: we were running late, when I called to move the booking it was done without an issue. The lady on the phone even explained that they had a booking of 45 people and the kitchen was very busy so moving our booking later would work out well because the kitchen would be less busy by the time we arrived.
- The starters and sides came out quickly with out drinks
- The salt and pepper squid was the nicest starter we tried, it looked like sweet and sour chicken but it was tasty.
- The Manager was polite, efficient and had really good customer service skills.
- We’d cancelled the order due to the wait time but the manager reinstated it and gave us complimentary take away boxes.

Cons:
- We had a booking but the waitress that greeted us looked confused as to what to do or where to seat us.
- The place lacked ambience and the music playing was notably terrible.
- Even after moving our booking to a time that worked better around the booking of 45 people, the mains took over an hour to arrive. We saw four people that walked in after us get 4 burgers whilst we waited an hour for just one.
- we had to get back by a certain time so we cancelled the order due to the wait time and discrepancies on how long it would take from different waitresses.
- Other than the manager, the staff we saw seemed miserable. Maybe a team visit to another restaurant could give them an insight into the customer service they should aim to deliver and also raise morale.

Great atmosphere it was just freezing because the heating was not working. The food was not quite up to par for the child but I enjoy the jerk chicken meal and pepper steak meal, coselaw and rice and peas. Was very fresh and tasty. Throughout though we were cold. Service friendly buy I think they could also be understaffed. They helped by making another kids meal.

We had a fresh waffle and a Belgium waffle. They were really sweet, actually a bit too sweet as I'm not so used to that much sugar... I gave 4 stars because I was told they can't offer us tap water, but everyone around us do get offered water. No idea whether that was because we only came for waffles not for main courses, but technically I don't see that as a reason (given the sweetness as well). Also waitresses seems really occupied and tired on a Sunday afternoon and wasn't too attentive. Would still revisit but appreciate some improvements.

Yumn Brasserie

We had such a great experience. The food, the decor, the friendly, polite and attentive customer service - everything was top notch. We are all hugely impressed. I've only been living in the area of a few months but I think I've found my favourite place! I will definitely be bringing friends and family here whenever they come to visit.

The only thing that could make this place better is if there were delivery options. I would love to be able to order Yumn food to be delivered at home, such a shame this isn't possible.

Really enjoyed our trip to Yumn. Excellent friendly service. Great ambience and decor. Food was very high quality and delicious. Great cocktails. You should go!

A lovely place in the heart of South Croydon. Really nice vibe to it whenever you go in. The staff always look after you very well. They certainly don't skimp on gin in the cocktails. The menu is small, but in a good way in that they do fewer dishes but to a higher standard. Food has always been delicious and beautifully presented anytime I've been. A credit to Croydon.

My friends and I arrived quite late, but we were still offered a table and able to order food. The service was SO good - polite and welcoming staff. The food was as delicious and satisfying as we wanted it to be. We absolutely will be returning.

This place had been recommended by a few people to me. The food was good but the service is terrible. I have gone twice. The service was awful. I went a second time just in case it was a hard day for them the first time round but it wasn’t. The burgers were squished. There were 3/4 staff members in. No customers. They didn’t review my order, no receipt of my order. So you end up with what they “think” you ordered. They are dismissive and confused when you attempt to rectify the order. I will not be going back.

I had 2 pieces of chicken and chips, the chicken portions were huge and were a bit spicy, the chips are really nice too. The food was piping hot and freshly cooked. The portion was so large that I couldn't finish it all so I took the rest home. 

My friend had the chicken wrap, the spicy one which she said was really tasty.

I've never had a bad experience here. Literally the best chicken& rice box ever. Although i wish they wasn't so tight with the garlic mayo, feels like your asking them to chop an arm off just to get a few pots. Ever since my friend first took me here i dream about the chicken and rice box all the time, it is literally the best the chicken is always so juicy 10/10.

Tasty food but staff are so rude, will never use them again.

Chicken here is good quality and the frango burger is really good. Their soft drinks aren't great. Also wouldn't come here for the beef burger. It's not bad but there is better.
