Awful. The chicken on the burger wasn't fresh. The whole place smells awful. It's dirty too. The toilets are disgusting. At least the manager gave me a refund but it will take 1 week to come back to my account apparently.

Most ridiculous service/ system ever. Order kiosk does NOT provide a paper receipt. Apple Pay confirmed payment, including on-phone confirmation. Manager outright and rudely refused to accept the order. Reason: “it’s not showing up on the system”. No acknowledgment that the system is at fault here. Order was refused, insinuating that we are at fault. Worst customer service experience in a very VERY long time.

Wings were overseasoned, dry and didn’t feel fresh. The place itself was crowded. All the tables were either taken or dirty and since the place was understaffed the guy at the desk refused to clean a table (but was kind enough to give me 2 tissues to clean it myself). A disgrace for KFC. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I got kids popcorn chicken bucket. They run out of pineapple, chips was burnt and pop corn chicken was cold. Staff said there was someone there who was new and that’s why there’s issues with order. Not acceptable. Visit at own risk. The burger which they replaced for the pineapple looked broken and eaten what even is that. Very disappointing. Service was also super slow. -10/10.

Overall - Sub par customer service and poor cleanliness have left me unimpressed. Unless you really want KFC in Earl's Court and getting take away I'd suggest go elsewhere.

THE PLACE - When I initially came in there was rubbish everywhere. There was a guy cleaning but it's really not a great first look. I didn't feel comfortable putting my bag down.

THE STAFF - Generally polite. I ordered 3pc chicken on it's own to eat in. The guy serving gave it to me in a take away bag with no tissues or wet wipes. One thing I noticed while waiting was that a few customers didn't get the right order and one member of staff was suggesting the customer wasn't being clear (which could be true but again doesn't look great).

THE FOOD - I can only judge the chicken which tasted fine. It's KFC after all. It was a bit greasier than other places though so having the wipes would have really helped.

HFA has certified KFC's products in these stores, and the store environments, as halal. KFC has also ensured that the halal certified chicken would also meet the rigorous animal welfare standards employed in the UK, and has consulted leading animal welfare groups about this. KFC insists that all poultry is stunned before slaughter. HFA allows the use of a technique called 'stun-to-stun' - a pain free process that makes the animal insensible to pain and suffering. A verse is also recited from the Quran at the point of slaughter by an appropriate person and the poultry will not come into contact with non-halal meat at any point in the supply chain. KFC only buys high quality, Grade A, farm-assured chicken from trustworthy suppliers, and this will not change.

You Me Sushi

Needed a little something different and fresh. Had the salmon poke bowl. It was decent and filling. Service is typical fast food - focused on speed instead of niceties.

Just off a flight from Dublin and we’re trying to find a place for a quick late night bite, me you sushi did not disappoint. Food was fresh and delicious and the girl behind the counter was so nice and helpful. If you like sushi, this is the place to go. Don’t be shy to ask questions too, they are really friendly and helpful.

Always great service and food from this branch. All the staff are very nice, helpful. Sometimes I go and pick up and sometimes have food delivered. Good both ways, I use the app to order, it's very easy and food comes really quick. Always packaged well. Defo recommend.

I order from YouMeSushi all the time and never had an issue now I order online for the first time and they given me less than half a portion of a Katsu Curry for a full bowl of rice and chicken? It’s very frustrating because people who order through ubereats are still real people and you wouldn’t do that if I ordered from the shop.

We recently ordered some Sushi from You Me Sushi and we absolutely loved it. We had the Sea  Platter, Nigri Box, Tuna Sahimi and a few other bits. It was presented really nicely and tasted really good as the quality of the fish was brilliant. I would definitely order from here again.

We have recently improved our processes to remove mirin (alcohol) from our preparation process. All our chicken tempura is halal but our chicken gyoza is not halal.

Went to this place on the recommendation of my friend Bryan who attributes his need for a gastric bypass to their fried chicken so I knew it must be good.  It didn’t disappoint...

The portions were tiny, I love Butchies and have been going since your first branch opened but I ordered the Mac and cheese and coleslaw on Deliveroo and it was such a rip off. Almost 5 pounds for literally 3 tablespoons of Mac and cheese and the coleslaw was 1/3 of the size it normally is. I don’t know if due to your success you’re trying to downsize the portions to make more money but just means me as an returning customer since you opened won’t be coming back sadly.

The chicken was nice and a decent portion.  We ordered through deliveroo.  The mac and cheese didn't arrive at all, although we were charged for it.  I ordered the cheesy rider with extra cheese and it came with basically no cheese and a stale bun.  The amount of cheese would have been worthy of complaint without having paid for extra cheese.  What a disappointment.  We'd been saving this place for a naughty treat and was a complete let down.  The picture is the amount of cheese with extra cheese that comes with a cheesy rider....none!

What a place! Food was unreal and service top notch. Very cool place. Will be back!

All of our chicken is now sourced from a Halal certified supplier and certificates are available at each site. We sell alcohol, but we do not use it anywhere in the cooking process. We also sell bacon in some of our sandwiches. The bacon is cooked separately from other food items.

Great food and excellent service. I eventually started working here around December 2018 and was given good quality training and there's plenty of opportunities for overtime. I had to leave in September 2019 when the company was implementing more professional procedures and developing but as an employee and a customer I was very satisfied. I hope to visit this place one corona dies down

It was my first time dining in to this restaurant since it was opened. When I sat on the table and took my first bite of the chicken joy, it brought back childhood memories.

The restaurant is small, approximately enough for 10 people to dine in.

You'll see waiters disinfecting the tables after customer's use.

The waiters and all the crew was wearing mask but you'll see that they smile behind the mask.

One downside is the price... KFC is more cheaper but not the same.

Really good place. Good service. Food was good, I mean its as nice as the next gyro place, nothing too fancy. I felt like the price could go down a bit but I get it, maybe its the placement of the restaurant. Also there was too much salad for my taste, specially cabbage.  7/10

Food was really good. White sauce was just as amazing as I have heard. The naan is so nice! Good price for what you get and its a pretty large portion.   Would definitely get again.
Service could have been MUCH better. 2 males behind the counter, very rude and unwelcoming.

Lovely food. Air con seating area, very comfortable surroundings, and fast service. Highly recommend.

Halal guys is one of my favourites but disappointed to visit this specific branch today. I ordered combo large but the portion size in tray was half empty. Quantity of meat was so so less and so disappointing when you pay 9.99£.
As always loved the white sauce but not happy with the experience as these guys will make customers forget The Halal Guys.
I want to mention here that i travelled 60 miles today only to get this hence major disappointment.
