The coffee was great 👍! Too bad for the chocolate twist ... not sow fresh... The staff is friendly. All together is a good experience ✨️ 👌

Clean and pleasant atmosphere. Customer service was very good.

Gentleman made good suggestions... He was quick so I will give him that. I didn't want some of the items on my plate and he straight away suggest other items. That was nice of him to accommodate.

Food was clean and prepared on the spot.

Coffee was thick and the beans were good. Just the way I like my coffee.

As you enter after a hard day's work or from the hot summer weather (or the future oncoming cold of winter), you'll be pleasantly welcomed to the cosy atmosphere of this pleasant coffee lounge. On your right is the counter and the left with soft cushioned seating. I rarely give 5 stars, so this place is recommended. Read on for more details:

🥖🥑Panini was delicious, crunchy, moist and not so hard or crusty like other eateries that can cause oral injury. Here the panini are made and heated to perfection.

🍽️🥤☕🍰🧁They do special meal deals and drinks with dessert deals. Must try their gourmet burger on next visit 🍔

💷 Average, some medium to high price, however, it reflects the atmosphere, decor and furniture within the establishment.

🛋️ Seating are comfortable. They have 2 to a table or settee around a large coffee table.

🚽 WC at the back of the sitting area.

💻📱 WiFi - Steam & Bean coffee lounge do have WiFi, however, haven't asked if it's accessible to customers nor is the password visibly advertised.

All in all a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Breakfast was too oily, 25min wait time, but fresh orange juice was nice

I always go steam and bean with my friend. It is a very nice place and the staff is very kind. The panini's are my favourites along with the chicken burgers.
The place is sanitary and kept a high standard too . Would very much recommend

Nice KFC restaurant in East Ham, sometimes better quality service and food , sometimes not too good, but it's a fast food so don't need to expect too much. I like their The Colonel's Meal for one 2/4 pcs.

Ordered 4 portions of hot wings and paid 16 pounds to get 16 wings . Was supposed to get 32 only half. Check property mathematics don't add up.

Fries are not good, not even fried well. I got a impression that here after I don't want to KFC. Even pepsi also not in that level. It's like a sweet water

Staff forgot about our and another customers order and priority is focused on delivery drivers collecting orders.

They are more focused on clearing the screen.

Food was blah and reminded us why we don't eat KFC.

I gave 2 stars as the staff were apologetic and rectified the mistake when I mentioned it

Food is good,but the place is very crowded and the staff gets confused whit the orders.
You have to wait a while for your order.
And people leaving the restaurant very dirty.Staff should put more accent on cleaning and welcoming their customers better.

A Nandos style restaurant with great prices! 🐔

We ordered the Peri Chicken Wrap, Lamp Chops, Protein Platter and Loaded Chips.

The Lamb Chops were juicy, moreish and flavoursome..I would come back just for these! The Protein Platter was fantastic value for money as it consisted of a quarter chicken, two chicken wings, two lamb chops, mash and roasted veg for only £11- very filling and not too heavy on the pocket! The Chicken Wrap was somewhat bland, although it was a massive wrap. We didn’t enjoy the Loaded Fries much as we felt there was TOO much sauce and chicken, which made all the fries soggy. Didn’t realise you could have too much sauce till this 😂

My first delivery meal since lockdown started. I ordered this epic spread from @chicos_london I got the Famila Platter, 2 whole chickens, 10 wings, 4 sides, 4 burgers and 4 drinks. I also got  few extra loaded fries. Oh and their milk cake for dessert was just sooo good. .

Really impressed with the taste and quality of the grilled chicken, despite being delivery the food was warm, fresh and tatsed great. (I'm 8 mins away) It's the closest think I've had to eating out for ages. Naturally, prices for delivery cost a little more than the regular eat in price, but that's standard for the times we are in. I got  this for myself and my in laws family that live close to me and we were all stuffed! Also, their McDonald's style burgers are excellent replicas, especially the big mac replica .

You can order via @ubereats or @justeatuk. (it took me 4 mins to stage and take this pic!) Shame the chips got cold in that time.

I looove Smash Burgers, and I can't believe I waited so long to try the fairly recently opened @chicos_london on Brick Lane.

The cuisine is pure, unadulterated comfort food.

Chico’s flame grilled chicken

Came here late at night for a last minute order - I got the smash burger and the loaded fries. Despite coming so late, the food still tasted fresh; they obviously had prepared it freshly for us and hadn't used stuff that was lying around. I also have to commend the person who gave us our food; though we initially wanted on water she made sure to remind us that any drink was included so we'd get our money's worth, and after we told her to pick anything as we couldn't choose, she chose the fizzy guava; an excellent choice. It was refreshing and sweet but not overly so, more like a juice than a typical fizzy drink.

The loaded fries were great; the chips alone were very good but the added cheese, sauce and shreds of chicken made it incredible (and despite all of the sauce and cheese, the chips did not go soggy.) Though it seems like a very heavy dish that would leave you sluggish and bloated, I didn't feel that way at all after eating my food, I felt refreshed and energetic. That the food isn't remotely greasy is a big reason for that.

The burger is possibly the best burger I've ever had thus far. The meat was tender and juicy, the potato wrap was super soft but not at all soggy, and the combo of sauce and onions delicately rose through the mix of flavours to cap it all off like snow on a mountain's summit. Like the fries it was light, not at all greasy and it leaves you feeling full but not sluggish.

An absolutely excellent experience all around, I cannot recommend it highly enough. And at £12 for the lot (after a discount for collecting at least) it was very good value for money.

If you love burgers, this is your joint! - Honestly hands down one of the best burgers in town that I've tried. The smash burger and fully loaded fries are definitely must gets. Pricing wise, yes its a little more then your usual but its worth every penny. Staff are nice and friendly , always attentive and rapid to assist you with orders and any issues you may have!!

A really good option for burgers and grilled chicken. My dad was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was, and he never likes any takeaway. I will certainly revisit, and I would recommend others to try.

They were quick to refund me after I said it was too far for me to come back and collect a missing burger from a large order.

The burgers were really tasty and moist. But I think the burger would benefit from a slightly bigger bun.

I chose wedges for my side and this was overall quite underwhelming. The wedges were tasteless. Perhaps that could have been remedied with some sauce? Unfortunately they only provide one pot of sauce between two portions of wedges.

Service was quick and staff were generally friendly.

I would visit again in the future but next time I’ll only stick with the burgers.

Overall this place would be worth 4/5 stars. But due to the reluctance to provide adequate  sauces and also the mediocre sides I think a 3/5 stars is fair.

Came here to try their beef burgers and wasn't disappointed. Full of flavour and very juicy. Menu lacks a variety of chicken related burger varieties but otherwise beef options were great. Fries were generous portions and staff especially helpful and went out of their way to ensure we were happy. A great experience.

Food was decent, but not amazing enough to come back for. Portion sizes were generous and their tamarind chilli sauce was the highlight. Service was also very friendly.

For atmosphere I would say consider playing some music! It was too quiet inside.

One of the best Gourmet burgers I’ve had! This was my first visit to this place so I went for a standard classic beef Gourmet burger. I must admit the burger was amazing! It was juicy and packed flavour. The prices are relatively cheap compared to the competitors but a great value for your money. The peri chicken was ok but will most definitely go back again for a burger.

Very friendly service, and good food. The menu is diverse, and everything is freshly made. The decor is nicely done. Well worth a visit.

Had the best experience today! We all went after work and their food was just amazing! The service that was given was 100%! I will recommend it to everyone!

It's been open for 2 weeks so I decided to pay a visit to another new burger and steak joint in East Ham @rustixgourmet 
Quick note, I'm going to hold off on a in depth review as the service and food was not up to the standards the owners set so they asked me not to judge them on my 1st visit and to come back again. Basically there were issues with slow service, incorrect orders and food not being cooked to spec. 
But pictured is the burger I ate was the single patty version of the McKBurger with added caramelised onions. The burger patty was thick and juicy an cooked on hot grill plate which maintains the jucies a lot better than flame grilling. It did remind me of burgers from a small place in Leyton called Uptown. Average halal burger place. The decor is decent and the staff are friendly. I was surprised to see that their menu did not have many items on it. I was a little disappointed with the food. The burger I ordered lacked taste as well as the wings I had too. The chilli fries were delicious though. Price of the menu was decent.

Went there for iftar, fast service and easy menu to pick from. Reasonably priced (£20 for starter, main and drink). Food was really tasty and portion size was appropriate. Customer service could have been a bit better such as smiling etc. Overall, on my recommended list and will be going back.

Given a lot of us turned up (by booking) it was well prepared and well handled! Orders were taken by name to ensure no mix up by food as well as given the option to pay separately or all together. Makes life so much easier and efficient. Food was delivered altogether and their Mojitos were amazing! Food was great! Some of us have said it was the best burgers they have ever tried.

I came here with a big group with my friends during ramadan time to break our fast for iftar. They had a iftar special platter so we didn’t need to choose anything from the menu. The restaurant staff were friendly and looked after us. The food was beautiful mashallah we was all full. 10/10 service

Food had some good texture and tasted well even though for food came really late. Had to take away eventually as we were travelling quite far. overall it was good just the waiting Time and portions (don't go overboard)
