My experience at Slim Chickens first halal location at The O2 was fantastic from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly, attentive staff who made me feel welcomed right away. It was clear that the team is well-trained, as the service was efficient and smooth – my order was taken promptly, and the food arrived hot and fresh.The environment is well-managed and inviting, with a classy, modern interior that adds to the overall dining experience. The staff’s professionalism really stood out, making the experience even better. It felt like they genuinely cared about providing great service, which made my visit feel special.

The service was exquisite and the food was best. I would definitely be coming here again.

Fast time I tried Slim Chicken food. I was really happy because my family is happy they enjoyed food a lot. Staff is very friendly and professional.
Everywhere is clean and welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely go eat again. Also the price was perfect and acceptable.

The food quality is outstanding the chicken is crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, with rich flavors that really stand out. With a wide range of menu options, including wings, tenders, and wraps, it caters to all tastes, and the variety of sauces is a great addition.
The new interior adds to the experience, with its sleek, classy design providing a modern and comfortable dining atmosphere.

Food was nice.noticeable thing is customer service was amazing. It was too busy even after that staff were very helpful. It has a nice environment. Overall the atmosphere was attractive.

I am from India and I know indian food. This place serve really good food. Also, my wife is spanish and she is already fond of this place. We come here almost every week. Food is really good and staff is really lovely. They care for customer. Love it.

I would give 0 star if I could! Placed order through Uber Eats. After waiting for what seems like an eternity, the order was cancelled after waiting for more than an hour! Three riders attempted to pickup the order but failed! Ridiculous! If you can't fulfilled the order, best not to accept it!

The food was amazing and the staff were really lovely. I do also want to give a shout out to Rachel who I Iiasied with. Thank you for taking the time to listen to my concerns. She validated everything. Banana tree honestly care about customer service and they take feedback seriously. I went with my family and I would say if you have any concerns, contact banana tree and they will help.

Always wanted to try Banana Tree, thrilled to see one popping up at the O2. It is located where Cafè Rouge used to be, just outside of the O2’s main entrance.

I’m not sure what I liked the most, the two for one cocktails or the food. Actually neither of them. The service stood out the most. Robyn (girl with dyed hair) was really friendly and attentive, she even checked where our order was even though it hadn’t been that long. Shortly after the food arrived. It was delicious. We ordered a selection of items from the menu, including chicken, fish and noodles. They were all divine.

Unfortunately at the end of our main meals all the desserts had sold out, our visit was on a concert night however, so very understandable.

Overall, if you are looking for an alternative to Wagamama or are just tired of it, then try Banana Leaf.

For starters we tried the sticky thai wings which had nice flavour and was crispy which made the texture really good but the chicken itself was dry which made it less pleasant. We also had the calamari which was really good and came with a nice sauce it was crispy on the outside and the inside tasted fresh and wasn't rubbery. Steamed chicken dumplings was decent the sauce went perfectly and the chicken inside was very moist but I felt the inside lacked flavour the chicken and veg seamed plain so the vinegar sauce it came in helped and it wasn't too sour either it was nice.

For mains we tried the chicken jawa which was quite nice. The chicken was spicy but overly spicy. The salsa that came with it accompanied it really well. What I would say is the portion size isn't great and there isn't amazing flavour again the sauce is required to help it, but the chicken was tender and cooked well. The char grilled duck was really nice the duck was cooked perfectly and wasn't dry and the sauce it came in had load of flavour I would say this is better than the chicken and I don't really eat duck. Lastly the prawns Singapore laska was probably the best main of the lot the broth had amazing flavour and the contents of the broth were really good and cooked well if you like coconut you'll like this dish even more it has a slight sweetness and a good amount of heat which goes well together. And the prawns were tender and not rubbery which was great. Tip if you order some noodles and put that into the both it makes the dish better. With all the mains we had a side of egg fried rice which was standard nothing special or note worthy.

For dessert we all had the chocolate fondant with coconut ice cream. The ice cream was lovely and creamy not icy like cheap ice cream. The fondant was warm and soft but the centre wasn't gooey which was hugely dissatisfying. But the taste and textures were amazing so we enjoyed it regardless.

In terms of drinks we tried the wild strawberry mocktail which was probably the best mocktail on the menu it was sweet but not too sweet it had fizz and the passion fruit with it made it better. We also tried the lychee mocktail which I didn't think was great. If you like mint you'll definitely enjoy it. But for me it was too minty. But it starts off tasting nice but leaves a toothpaste flavour on your tongue which I didn't enjoy.

Overall I would say the place has a nice atmosphere and good outside seating with a lot of seating. But we noticed inside in the summer there was a lot of little flies and they kept coming to the table because they had two lights around the table one above and one on the wall which is super annoying. The place is kid friendly they have colouring for them and little games and word searches which is nice and a decent kids menu. Food is mediocre not amazing but not terrible. I would go again and try some of the other dishes which I will do. Price wise I would say it isn't worth it and very expensive for okay food. You can pay the same amount and get better food in my experience.

Finally, the service was really good though and the waiters were super friendly and helpful I couldn't fault them. The small thing I would say is they seem to get distracted with eachother and it becomes hard to get their attention but that was very minor.

The Aubergine starter is amazing! Liked the chicken pad thai and seafood curry also! Would definitely return.

Gordon Ramsay Street Burger – The O2

Three of us went here on a Thursday evening for dinner. There was a table of 13 who had just placed their order and the staff warned us that our order might get delayed. But to our pleasant surprise we got our food in less than 10 minutes.

I ordered the hell's kitchen burger with sweet potato fries. The taste was banging!!! Perfectly made and burst with flavour. The jalapeno paste over the patty was a bit drippy and was difficult to hold and eat. But apart from that, it was just perfect.

The table was a bit sticky and it would have been a better experience if the place was kept a bit cleaner. The art work and décor was really good too. One another thing to note is that the food here is halal, catering for everyone is definitely a big positive.

The price was proportional to the taste and quality. I'd definitely recommend this place again.

Highly recommended the fried chicken burger and the beef burger. Shared half of each with my friend to taste both burgers. Decent portion size for the burgers.

We couldn’t get to book online but managed to try our luck and got a table for 3 in about 10 - 15 minutes on a Friday night. The service was pretty quick and good.

Pleasantly surprised!
After my less than impressive visit to Plane Food in Heathrow T5 my expectations for Street Burger were pretty low, for 16 pound on a concert night I felt it would be a case of you get what you pay for.

From the offset the experience is excellent, the exterior is inviting and all of the staff really look the part and are extremely professional.
Once inside I really enjoyed the ambience and again, on a concert night was expecting the usual rushed service style that I have come to expect in the o2.
This restaurant was however far more relaxed and I personally really liked the decor- industrial without appearing grubby.

Then the food....I had the BAE burger, which tasted amazing and per other reviews when coupled with the onion rings gives the complete experience!

I would not hesitate to return.

At 1st when I walked in and found that there was only 2 tables of customer and the others restaurants near there have many people in it.
Staff was no friendly they could had smile a bit. The food was good, wish there were more choices. Don't order the still water because the bottle dose not have any label on the bottle. It just the name so you don't know if it is spring water or tape water we payed for. Prices is on the high side. I have tried 4 Gordon normal restaurants these few days and this has to be the least favorite 1. Will not go again.

This place was so exciting to eat at! We’ve always wanted to eat at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. We traveled here for a Music Event and just had to come here for a quick bite to eat! Claudia was our server and she was so kind and attentive! She made this experience so nice and a lovely memory.

Our halal options include the JFC chicken burger, our Not So Simple vegan burger as well as our vegetarian Butternut Bhaji burger.

Staff at this nandos were incredibly kind and were consistently interacting with a smile on their face and genuine care 🥰

It took a little while to get hold of a water glass but otherwise food was quick and was decent!

Very nice decor but the food was a disaster. Burnt chicken wings and livers swimming in oil. Waited for food for almost 40min which is ok because the place was packed but it doesn't explain the horrible food. No one attended to our table to ask about the food and we left most of it on the table.
Shame Nandos!! You were my place to go 😔

It's not the best, to be honest. The AC wasn't working, so everyone was sent upstairs. The staff did not seem very happy and there was a bit of an atmosphere. The chicken was overcooked and dry, and the garlic bread was like cardboard. I think everything had been under the heat lamp way too long. I'll not be rushing back to this one...

On 25/05/23 my family member and I went to Nando’s in O2. We were on table 9 and waited 30 mins and no one spoke to us about the delay. I asked a waitress to call the manager to verify why we are waiting so long and staving. The manager came and explained that he ran out of chicken and is cooking a new batch. We were not happy with the poor level of customer service received. The manager failed to keep us informed that our food would be delayed. The next day I started vomiting and diarrhoea I do not know if the chicken was not properly cooked.

There was not to much going on but our food did take a while and was brought to the wrong table first. Staff was nice and helpful.

We love this place. The service is amazing, the food delicious and the price super good for the quality of the food you receive. We normally visit Honest Burger in Greenwich at least twice a month. All the staff at this place are so friendly and attentive. 100% recommendable.

A wonderful joint run by people who really know how to make great food, give great service and foster a relaxed dining atmosphere.  The food was excellent, the burgers mouthwateringly well constructed and cooked to perfection, and man....those rosemary fries were so delicious!! This was my first honest burger....it won't be my last!

Interesting ambience and good collection of local brews. The wellington double up was good. I also liked the lemonade, but the mint one wasn't available - probably something for the next time. The service staff was very friendly (particularly the one with a smiley face tattoo on the left tricep!)...

Had a long walk from London Bridge to North Greenwich.

Honest Burger makes delicious wholesome meals with flavoursome Rosemary Flavour Fries (yum yum).

Had the special tonight and it was delicious, washed down with a locally brewed cider.

Absolutely fabulous, we had the Greenwich burger & the chicken burger. Portions were big and so many of the tasty rosemary fries. Would happily have the beef & bacon gravy accompany every meal I ever have again lol. G&Ts and Lemonade lovely. Really friendly staff. Would highly recommend!

All of the chicken in our restaurants is halal. If you would like to see our supplier’s halal certificate please ask your server when you arrive. Halal products are stored separately with strict processes in place to stop cross-contamination. Halal chicken items are handled with separate utensils and gloves. Fried halal chicken burgers and wings do not share fryers with any non-halal items. Grilled halal chicken breast burgers are cooked on a reserved area of the grill separated by a grill divider. We do not offer halal beef at any of our restaurants.

Came before a concert, there wasn’t much of a queue but it was quite busy inside. You can order via your phone which was handy, the food was pretty good, can’t complain really. Nice if you fancy a burger or if you’re looking for somewhere to eat before a concert.

Came here Saturday evening before a concert, there was not much of a wait at the door despite how busy it was. We were asked of we had any allergies at the door and then shown to a table and explained how the ordering process works. You have to order at the till and then the orders are brought to the table. Staff aren't the happiest, minus the guy who brought our drinks over who seemed fairly happy compared to the others. You get to chose how the beef burgers were cooked, both of us opted for medium and were cooked perfectly, tasted great too but not the biggest. The burgers do not come with fries so these have to be ordered separately so does become slightly more expensive. Unfortunately our drinks order was taken wrong and was not served how stated. Staff seemed to be all over the place rather than working sections so tables seemed to be left for a while after people had left. Definitely could do with a refurb or general tidy up and better customer service, just glad the food made up for it.

Great service,  polite friendly staff. Lovely food, well presented. Vegan burger and cheese burger for father and son. Well worth the £20 promo for 2 (£10 each). Thank you for your service

This is a really cozy burger house that affords people the opportunity to have some really tasty burger in a quiet and serene environment. The waitstaff were very friendly and always had a smile on their face. It is also a crowd favourite as people kept on trooping in and out.

Placing an order was pretty easy, scan the QR code, check your table number and pay and you are swiftly attended to. They don't get 5 starts because a member of staff ought to come out and affirm to clients that they have received their order and its being processed instead of having to call out to confirm.

This has to be the worst GBK in the group. The irony is the food is decent. The service and the general condition of the restaurant not so much. I've eaten in here a few times and will no doubt eat here again.

However don't order at the till as asked on the door, at least not if you are a member. I am still waiting after 3 months to have the points I couldn't have added as the scanner doesn't work, don't expect I will ever see them even though the duty manager took my details and a photo of my membership details.

The app is hit and miss here hence me trying to order on it and having to go to the counter. As for the general staff, some are lovely, the Scottish Actor subsidising her income for example, witty and very personable. The young man when we were there Monday of last week not so much, didn't know the difference between Coke and Sprite, didn't know Tea came with milk, couldn't describe people's meals properly when they came out, basically useless.

Overall food is up to expectations, but they do need a staff overhaul.

The beef, lamb and venison are not Halal. The chicken used for burgers is from a Halal supplier and is cooked in a separate fryer using rapeseed oil to prevent any cross-contamination. Any grilled chicken on the menu (eg. salads) is cooked on the same grill as bacon and therefore not suitable for a Halal diet due to cross-contamination.

Delicious food!!!
I went with family, so we ordered a variety of drinks, starters, mains and desserts. I can honestly say the food was 10/10. My favourite has to be the pancakes, but everything tasted so good. The staff are very attentive, and super nice atmosphere. Plus it’s all at an affordable price.  Can totally recommend it and will definitely come back again.

Highly recommend restaurant. it has a very attractive decoration and stylish also owners are very polite and friendly. All the staff are friendly.
They have an EXTRAORDINARY vanilla milk cake it was delicious, rich and velvety. I also had waffles it has that crispy crust from outside and soft inside which I haven’t found it anywhere else. They also have an appealing presentation.
Next visit I’ll give the main menu a try specifically burgers as I saw them on others tables and it looked good.

Visited this place today and its the best dining experience I've ever had. The food is out of this world including the appetisers, burgers, mocktails and deserts. The best part is that it is surprisingly very reasonably priced. Also has a prayer room (the only place in the O2). All the food is also halal. The food pictures do not do this place justice. Highly recommended.

The food was delicious, everything looked so lovely. I highly recommend the blue lagoon it was so lush!!! Presentation of the place and food just IMMACULATE.

The Blue latte was quite nice (just as a warning, it will leave a blue tinge on your teeth). Burgers were ok, quite filling. The service was impeccable however and Jevon made sure we had a pleasant experience :)
We definitely need to go back and try their pistachio pancake, it looked really appetizing.

I used to love this restaurant I am crazy about their signature calamari and we specifically go there for them! The lights, the ambience is very warm and the small of burning incense makes the experience a little magical.
However, this last time we went (yesterday) I have noticed a big increase in prices although portions are much smaller than before. Of course I will continue going but I won’t be coming so often as if you are really hungry you will come out of the place not as satisfied as you used to be in the past!

A good restaurant and very convenient for an after show stop if you've been to the O2. The menu has a good range of choices which will suit most palates. The cost is on the pricier side but that can likely be said of all the restaurants at O2. The ambiance is good and the staff are friendly. Docking 1 star simply for the fact that our plates and drinks were cleared off the table before we had actually finished.

Interesting flavours, when with a 4 person group, ordered some random stuff. Atmosphere is great the staff were great in attending to us. Food looked great, I would go for something more saucy and as it have more flavours but for for now. The prices was not great for the potions size and flavours. Even with NHS discount, we struggled to find the justification of the price. We concluded that we would not come back to this restaurant. Food is good but not worth the asking price. Staff service absolutely great.

It was a new experience for me sharing a table with another group. The food came out of the kitchen very quickly, some of the dishes lacking in flavour. Our pancake rollscame out warm.

If you want to eat quick before the show, this is the place for you.

The place itself has a nice feel and ambiance and staff were friendly, but that's about it. I wasn't impressed with my chicken pad Thai, it had no flavour. The salad was ordered was way too spicy. Just meh.

Most of our chicken dishes are halal! Just check with the manager on duty to find out which ones.

Me and my friend opted for the stand-alone margarita pizza as we were on a budget. Despite mentioning it would contain basil and it wasn’t present in our pizza, it satisfied our tummies. A good crust level and the cheese pulls were satisfying

The garlic knots stole the show. It had a strong garlic-y taste and the melted butter complimented it by enhancing its flavour.

Outside was looking like a good place to eat delicious pizza and relax but then you sit at the table and everything from there is a bad experience from that you should order inside on the tiles to that very strange smelling and bad flavoured pizzas. I never in my life thought that will taste cheese and I will not like it was very poor quality. Very disappointed and bad for the brand itself. Not recommend.

Visited here with friends snd our children. As there was a show on in the O2 all resturants were busy and we chose Kitchen Pizzeria as less of a queue.
Our waitress was friendly, we asked to move tables as we needed a high chair for toddler and our host had seated us on a table that was incompatible with a high chair. Our waitress was very understanding. The resturant was less then half full at this stage.

We all ordered different pizzas. A margarita, a Veggie and a ham & cheese. Truthfully I was rather disappointed. For a resturant named pizza kitchen, I expected more than a warm sublime tasting dish. There was nothing wow about the pizzas and the wait was very very long. We had a salad to share which was just salad leafs, sliced baby tomatoes & red onion. Very unimaginative.

I would not return here as there is nicer pizzas available else where in the 02.

I wish I could give 0 stars and report them as I seriously want to see how their kitchen looks and what products they sell. I have never been so shocked about the food quality or service in a restaurant and I have been to many different restaurants across the world, cheap and expensive.

I am certain that the other reviews are either written by friends of the owner or the staff themselves or by people who ordered meals in which the bad food quality is not as obvious. But even then, people usually leave good reviews if it was really good which I just cannot see being the case with this restaurant. I don’t think anyone goes back a second time.

A 4£ sainsburys oven pizza is of higher quality than what they offer their customers for double or triple the price. The sausage, chicken and ham they add to their pizzas is honestly appalling quality and I’ve never seen or tasted such a horrible pizza which is difficult to achieve.

Additionally for their super cheap quality items they charged me 6£ extra - 2£ per extra - that I requested in my calzone. That in itself is shocking as that’s a whole decent meal elsewhere.

Additionally when I complained about my calzone not being hot (it was meant to be right out of the oven but was warm at most) to the extend that the cheese inside didn’t even melt, I had to wait another 20-30 minutes for another pizza (which I didn’t even ask for, I just wanted it back in the oven for 5 more minutes to raise the temperature but I guess that’s their procedure so fair enough).

What’s worse was that when they brought the new pizza one waitress and the manager came separately to me to tell me (indirectly) I was lying and that they tasted it and it was hot (which in itself is shocking particularly seeing that there is a pandemic going on and I had already eaten a bite from it). They were so disrespectful and persistent about their opinion of the meal and my “clearly wrong” opinion and made me feel so bad that I neither wanted the pizza anymore, nor stay there. I ate a little bit of it as I was starving but it was simply so horrible that I left more than half. The second one was hot but the cheese inside didn’t melt either which to me just again speaks to the low quality of the weird artificial mozzarella they used.

All our meat is Halal. Alcohol is served.

@scarletrasoi is a newly launched Asian Street Food restaurant in the o2, specialising in an Indian/Thai fusion. We ordered the Petit Dosa and Masala Chips as our sides and loved them, especially the chips as they didn’t wilt and were crispy even when they cooled down 👌🏽 the Indian Mee Goreng was delicious too and the best fusion dish. We didn’t LOVE the butter chicken as it was very tomato...ey? 😂 The Mango Lassi could have been a little thinner and sweeter too. However, we would definitely go back to try more of the dishes including the Lamb Chops and Lamb Roganjosh!

New Restaurant! [GET 15% off your bill - BELOW] Finally there's a good food option at the o2, I visit the cinema  once a week and there's such a lack of halal good options but now there's a new Indian and Thai restaurant that's opened up called @scarletrasoi .
Yes, Indian and Thai, I was had doubts with the combination but I really enjoyed the food here. The open Kitchen is split, on my visit I saw different chefs that handle the Indian menu (70% of the menu is Indian) and separate chefs handle the Thai food

The menu is simple to digest and is split into 3 parts, starters which are all around £6 to £8, grilled items £10 to £14 and main courses £10 to £13

Everything in this restaurant is amazing.
The food is fabulous.
The staff are welcoming and friendly. I love the idea that the food is prepared behind a glass wall so customers can enjoy watching the naan and tandoori being prepared.
The setting including the wall decorations and music puts you in the mood to enjoy your Indian food.
The only thing is they don’t have dessert. I wish they add authentic Indian desserts to the menu to be perfectly complete.

We came across the place as we were walking around the O2 arena and decided to check it out as it offers both vegetarian and non vegetarian options (my wife is vegetarian while I prefer non veg).
I had their grilled lamb while my wife had the Samosa chat.
Both items were pretty good and Service was excellent.
The place was mostly empty when we visited since it was a weekday.

I was impressed by this little restaurant at O2 Arena, it was quite busy which is a sign of good service and food.
They serve delicious and fresh Indian street food and grills. You can see the chefs cooking food passionately behind the glass right there.
Dishes we tried : Samosa chat, golguppa, Masala chips and Seekh kebabs.
Golguppa could have been better with more fillings and spices. Rest of all the dishes were delicious and authentic. Will go again definitely.

Great service and delicious food with just the right selections on their menu. We had the Crispy Wontons to start, the Tandoori Chicken and Indian Mee Goreng for mains. Be advised these were very spicy but cooked to perfection. We will dine here again and it is thoroughly recommended.

Came without a booking but was seated quickly. Restaurant was busy in a good way. Friendly staff, quick service, food came soon, and crucially a good quality meal. Well presented and tasty. Would definitely return if visiting the O2 again. Thank you!

If I could I would give 10 stars! Exceptional service!
We went there to celebrate our anniversary ( I even got a rose ( the waiter secretly gave it to my partner to give it to me HOW NICE 😭)
It was our first time here( as well hotpot) but wasn’t the last! Our server was very helpful, he explained everything, he was just amazing! The food was delicious well presented. LOVED IT!

The best and the most caring hotpot restaurant in London! Angela was really helpful and friendly, she helped us to taking the boiling bubbles out and filled the water whenever we needed. Also, the manager is really helpful, she helped us to book our table and we didn’t wait for too long.

Bathrooms are clean, like 5 star hotels bathrooms. They even offered period pad in ladies bathroom. This is really considering for girls who had ‘emergency’.

Best place to have hot pot! Service and food are magnificent! Always love to come back every now and then to enjoy hot pot in these cold weather.

I recommend to book in advance as it gets very busy and walk ins can be long for waiting.

Never in my life have i been so well looked after in a restaurant. Friendly service from the first second, bibs, hair bands, every detail considered.

The food is also top notch - get quality and brilliant variety. I especially recommend the dancing noodle as it's a little bit of fun, fairly priced, but most importantly tastes amazing!

We visited this place about 2 weeks ago after being recommended it, however, I have to say that the chicken wings are nothing special at all. We tried one saucy option from the menu and one option just regular with a couple of sides. The saucy ones were okay, nothing special and the plain ones which I got to see how they compare to regular chicken shop wings were absolutely bland. Flavourless. The fries were luke warm. The tater tots were the best part of our meal, they tasted like little bite sized hash browns. The only good thing I can definitely say about this place is that the staff are friendly and helpful.

The decor was a little different from the norm and the ambience is fantastic. We had a meal of strips and thunder chicken. The strips had a slight lime flavour and were quite crunchy. The chicken breast was okay for me, however, the burger was a good size. It had a slightly burnt taste to it, and I thought the lime was overpowering. I'm not sure why they show prices without VAT, but the prices were reasonable. Will I go again? Probably not.

I've tried their other branches and usually have a good meal but my visit here unfortunately was sub-par.

The garlic butter wings were just way way too oily and salty. The meltdown fries were ok, but the strips were good, not oily and with a nice batter.

Also the queue moves way too slowly, if you're almost at the entrance I'd recommend just going somewhere else rather than wait 45 minutes.

The menu had me licking my lips for days and I wasn’t disappointed. The CHIPUFFALO wings are perfect and the sauce tangy with a gradual heat. MELTDOWN burger had flavour oozing for days although the combination of miso and aioli was a little too savoury for me. I can’t wait to go back, love the place and service was good too and not too pricey.

First Impression was that the chicken looked overcooked. As I started eating the outer layer of the chicken was a battle to tear of with each bite and so the chicken was sliding out if the burger each time. This made the whole thing super messy.
Taste wise it was very average. On the whole a disappointment for me especially with how much you pay for it.

Lovely atmosphere. Delicious food. Love the 2 for 1 cocktail. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend. The restaurant was busy but the waiting time for your meal wasn't long.

Apologies I couldn't take the picture quick enough before my friends started devouring the nachos 🤣.

Service was good and friendly. We had 2 for 1 cocktails which was a nice for the evening.

Only negative would be my chicken for my fajita was very dry. But all in all good service and okay food

Attentive staff and trained host greeted us at the door. Ambience was warm. Food was underwhelming. The kitchen staff needs to be better trained and the head chef needs to be better coached. I've had Las Iguanas at southbank and the taste is markedly better. The risk on running a chain is thatbit sets a mark and precedent and this time it wasn't lived up to.  Overall verdict is : if you're walking past this place, keep walking. Hope this helps, cheers!

Visited O2 Las Iguanas and was just disappointment after disappointment. First of all we were left waiting at the podium for nearly 10 minutes and ignored. The group in front of us just walked off... what a big mistake we made staying. I walked inside the restaurant to see what was going on and to see if there was a seater, one person acknowledged me after a few trips passed me. He told me that if I want to sit outside I can just go grab a table and order via the QR code. Is this the customer service that we are facing these days? Disgusting! We selected the least dirty table outside, as they were all dirty and unattended with dishes and glasses left from previous customers. I was accompanied by 2 older people, so a QR just wouldn't do, so I had to go back in and grab some menus myself. Then I took their order and placed it online. Nobody came to clean the table or say hello. The first interaction we had was when we received the drinks and the lady apologized for the state of the table and promised she would return to clean it for us. Seconds later our food shows up also... no one returned to clean anything, so we had to use our own tissues and sanitiser to clean everything, so we can eat on a clean table, C-19 free potentially too. The food was OK, but the sizzling chicken was not sizzling, it was lukewarm and my chicken was stale... God knows how many months it's been in the freezer. We ate peacefully and left, repulsed and revolted at the state of the place, the customer service, food and the cheek of charging us a service charge.
Can someone please explain to us what the service charge was for exactly? Looking forward to your response at your earliest convenience.

Loved our visit... first time here... nothing too much trouble and a fantastic recommended by the the waiter... absolutely delicious.

after the morning spent exploring I decided to have lunch. I stopped at the CABANA. The staff welcomes you very professionally and with a smile on their face. The food is very diverse and for all tastes. The lunch was delicious, the food being fresh and very tasty being served quickly considering that it is lunch time. I will definitely come back. thanks

Food was actually lovely. One star review because when the bill came; daylight robbery! Such small portions for what they charge! Pitiful portions in fact. I ordered the plaintain curry which had an embarrassing amount of small cubes of plantain! Wouldn't have been even half a plantain drowning in so much sauce!

Worst of all... I ordered the Berry drink for £4, expecting a fresh fruit juice as described on the menu! Well out came an insulting little bottle of juice!

Flavours were lovely, but won't be returning to pay nearly £60 for food that didn't even leave us nice full.

Also, service is meh. Our waitress was actually lovely. I think she realised we expected a great service and were friendly with her. Be prepared to be sat ages here even when it's not busy, and have to flag down a waiter to place your order.

Won't be returning to be so ripped off with the food. Quite annoying tbh. Don't pay that kind of money to receive child portions!

I normally don't have a chicken burger as they can sometimes be dry and too thick but not here - it was succulent and seasoned to perfection. So too was the beef burger.

As you do when out, we looked at what others were eating and every dish looked delicious 😋.

They do cocktails but not mocktails which was a shame. They had a good selection (alcoholic drinks). We ordered  two Berry boast (see picture);it wasn't good and for what we got, in my opinion it was too expensive. Next time we'll check the price before ordering 🤣.

The desert churros and Nutella sauce was amazing. I could have eaten more. The cheese cake was also yummy, but for those of you who like a biscuit base, this doesn't have one - but it was still delious.

Would I recommend this restaurant- yes.

Food was good, the pineapple and tofu skewers were delicious. My friend had the steak and said it was cooked perfectly. Churros were great. It was super busy so we did have a bit of a wait, but the servers were attentive and personable.

The chicken skewer was perfectly cooked. The chicken is marinated the night before. It’s almost melt in your mouth!  I also got traditional bira-bira and black beans. Oh so yummy.

Paired it all with a fruity Spanish white wine. The atmosphere here is just wonderful!  The live plants give a nice separation from the crowds but you’re still in the action.

A perfect place to spend an afternoon. Thanks to Alejandro and the team for a great experience!

Nice and quiet restaurant. We had paid exactly what we ordered. Not like previous review saying otherwise. 
They accept cards and it's contactless too. 
My kids loved the food. I think £5 for kids meal including full glass of juice and 1 scoop of ice cream is  very good. 
I gave 4 stars instead of 5, only because the fish was not freshly battered. 
Our chips were nice and golden colour. 
The man who works there is very friendly 
It's not Hilton type restaurant so don't expect fancy food. It's more of pub food. But not bad.

A dated atmosphere is found and the owner seems bored with his life showing as much enthusiasm as a revived corpse. Fish and chips was worse than I made my self as an impoverished student - the chips and the fish and the peas were clearly all from a frozen packet and probably the worst I’ve ever been served - if I was offered money to eat here I would decline - a little further down the road is a good fish and chip shop - save yourself my food pain and go there instead.

A family owned restaurant. The price of the food is inexpensive compared to restaurants and pubs around Green Village. My friends (three of us) and I had the pies which taste delicious. Also the server is friendly who asked about our personal lives to find out who we are. The decor is old fashioned, but soft and sweet.

Funny place. It feels like you are on a low budget movie set. Family owned place, but no love... cheap food. Super market canned food, im scared to think about the kitchen. Been here one time. Never again.

Lots of other reviewers are bashing this place, but in my experience on a Sunday night it was alright actually. The fish and chips were not bad and the service wasn't terrible either.

Ate here whilst waiting for the afternoon set of Disney on Ice. We used the O2 voucher - we were pleased to know you could use this on event days, which is great. We were sat quickly and despite the food being a bit longer than we would have thought, it was delicious and staff very attentive.

This is a good place for a little meal. Service was great, food came out very quickly and tasted good. Surprisingly not very busy, but was cool to watch everyone passing by outside. Not giving 5 stars because for the price, I think the food could've been better. Still very good!

When out for a trip to the movies we decided to use a deal from o2 Priority at Pizza Express. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the coupon- we had no problem at all scanning the code from the app for money off our bill. I usually find the pizza hit or miss but the food was good and I was especially surprised by the calamari. Besides receiving a generous portion, the rings also had a tasty, crisp batter that was better than most casual restaurants I've tried.

I've been to many Pizza Express restaurants and this was no different. Great food, extremely helpful staff, and there's always a discount code somewhere online for Pizza Express so this is a bonus.

The restaurant was literally closing and the waitress offered me the desert menu after I had finished my meal. I told her I wanted chocolate ice cream. She mentioned the last of it had finished on the shop floor but she was happy to look in the storage freezers downstairs if they had a new batch. I said its no bother, I can have strawberry.... She asked what's my preference. I said chocolate. She insisted to go down and check as she'd prefer I had my first choice if it was available. There was a fresh batch of chocolate ice cream which she opened just for me as the restaurant was closing. It was so much easier for her to say they were sold out and give me my second choice. It's the little things that make the biggest difference for me, so I was very pleased with this great customer care. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Still fancy a visit to Pizza Express every now and again, usually with a suitable coupon. This place does the job just fine. But let’s be clear about one thing, you’ve got to be sick in the head to go with a classic base when they offer romana.

It's a good branch of Pizza Express. Comfy and clean inside, the staff are polite and reasonably attentive. You get served quite quickly even at busy times. Pizza is nice - really thin crust. Overall the food is really tasty. It's a lovely place to pop in with your kids too.

It's not an upmarket restaurant, but you know it already, don't you? :) It's a solidly good Pizza Express though. Recommended.

It was a good experience, they have a good variety under one roof, staff was nice, tidy and relaxed…

Desert section was good too and that chocolate fountain of-course is a beauty….

If i compare with Jimmy World Spice Wimbledon (now closed), it had more food quality and taste….beef curry and beef stake were not good at all….

I would still recommend this place as it is over all a nice and gives variety selection…

It is not quite a place for candle light enthusiasts :), but if you are keen to feed a family and friends whatever they like, well then bring them here. A lot of food is cooked live on the stations in front of you adding to the experience. I loved the pizzas and Naans they baked on these stations. So many varieties to try for starters and mains that desserts need a special place to fit in.

Just average food quality. Everything was cold curries, starters , pizza etc only you get fresh nan & noodles. Yes hot plates for cold food. Ambience was nice . Going that far paying 20 pound for parking 2 cars and you think is it really worth it. Of course not. We were 8 people paid around £132 no drinks. It's better to go local restaurant and get fresh food with flavour.

First time being here with the family, well accommodating customer service is great!
The food lovely cooked fresh. Lovely staff behind the counters too. The steak was good, the noodles was lovely great size portions too. The Indian food was ok, but the Chinese section was better.
The desserts was small but very filling as it was very flavoursome. The kids section was great too. Chips, chicken also pasta etc.
There were several birthday parties and the staff sang happy birthday which was lovely. Drawing up a crowd! Atmosphere was great will definitely be going back.
