Little bit expensive but nice ambient and quick service

This restaurant is my preferable site.  Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this place. when  I I need a proper supper, this is the place that comes instantly to my mind. good and all kinds of  food and a large menu.helpful crew, and great spirit. Also important, the price is honest. I recommend this restaurant with no doubt.

I love the selection of food here, Cuban, Mexican and Brazilian and am never disappointed with the quality.  Not far from the river with lovely walks or shopping in Kingston.  The cocktails and specials are good and staff friendly and helpful. I have been twice and would definitely go back. Highly recommended.

Waitress was very sweet and eager to please.
This venue completely lacks atmosphere.

I love Mexican food and I cook it myself but I'd give this a 3/10.
We will not be returning.

If you don't try their 'Brazilian Fried Chicken' then you'll honestly be missing out! Highly recommend this starter! also.. our waitress (apologies I didn't get her name) black short bob hair cut with 2 long braids - she was lovely and attentive. Thank you.

All chicken is Halal. Ask for a Halal menu.

Came at 7.40pm on Thursday evening to find the store shut, although it's listed as being open until 9pm. I have visited 3 times since the reopening and small groups of 2 people are now forced to sit on the bar stools at the front and have witnessed customers being turned away from eating in, even after stating that they wanted to eat in and paying. Customers should be made aware they can't eat in at certain times rather that taking their money and then saying it's too busy to eat in. I would avoid unless you are getting takeaway!

In the bentalls centre on the 1st floor this nice little eatery has quick service and plenty of seating or you can get it to takeaway. Lots of fillings and sauces to choose from and a loyalty card system makes this great place for a bite to eat while out shopping.  I've been here a few times and never had anything to grumble about and the staff have always been pleasant and helpful on choosing fillings.

I ordered off Deliveroo, and I ordered a jackfruit burrito, and they sent me a chicken burrito (I do not eat any meat at all). Then, they sent a new burrito, and it was completely soggy and uneatable. Some from corporate really should retrain their staff. I will never be eating from this branch again; clearly, they don't care about their customers.

My wife and son w as ordering and i went to see what snacks they had, having picked up three different packets I was told not to touch them due to  Corona virus, the items were place in a deep wooden box which u cannot see and have to reach across as a table covers the view. They very clearly had notices of 2 metre distance between customer's but nothing to see you cannot see what u buy, I offered to buy all the items I had touched but the rude manner in which this individual spoke was unacceptable. I too spoke out and highlighted if people cannot touch then why keep them in a wooden box or place them behind the glass counter. I for one definitely would not be going there.

I actually really love Tortilla, all the food tastes fresh and full of flavour. The staff do their best in what is a very busy branch which doesn’t give them much breathing room. My recommendation would be that you look at the menu ahead of time or order in advance on your phone, as if you’re unfamiliar with the menu it can feel a little overwhelming given the fast pace of service and with a large queue behind you. Owners should also consider allowing staff the autonomy to turn off online delivery, as this makes queues/waits even longer in store and must be stressful for the staff.

Me and my wife went there for dinner and we loved it there.
Food was tasty and good. Amazing drinks.
The best part was the staff and the amazing service. They were caring and attentive.
I would be going there again definitely.

What a gem! The service was warm and welcoming. The calamari was just spectacular. I loved the chilli beef and really enjoyed stealing some of my wife’s duck. Pity we couldn’t have an espresso after dinner.

Came here on a Saturday evening, it was super busy but they had us sat down speedily. The service was attentive, fast, and friendly. I would 100% recommend the calamari, up there with the best I’ve had! The jungle curry is supposedly spicy but it was not spicy at all, and if you’re Bengali, it tastes like a traditional Bengali chicken curry with less spice!

I love Thai food and I am very picky about the flavours.

Previously I’ve been to their Greenwich branch and loved the vibe. But this branch tops it. The location by river Thames has both outdoor and indoor seating. Welcoming warm interior that gives you an essence of Thailand.

The food oozes authentic flavours and the right balance of sweet-tangy-spiciness 👌

Mains:
- Pad Thai chicken
- Pad Thai prawn
- Wok fried broccoli and mushroom
- Sweet and sour Chicken with sweet potato from the wok (sorry don’t remember the exact name)
- Red jungle curry (chicken)
- Jasmin rice
- Wok fried chilli prawn

Desserts:
- Coconut ice cream
- Chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream

Drinks:
- Koh phi phi
- Cloudy lemonade

The chicken on the menu is Halal. However, they do have pork and alcohol on the menu.

The waiters were absolutely lush, friendly and attentive. The food is to die for and the very quick. Definitely coming back xx

Most of our chicken dishes are halal! Just check with the manager on duty to find out which ones.

I celebrated my birthday earlier this evening in this delicious restaurant. Well we enjoyed a outstanding evening and the venue was definitely the reason for that strong evening. The crew  contributed in a graceful manner, the cuisine was delicious and my friends were very  delighted. We shall definitely visit again for more events. Thank you very much.

I like this spot! They provide high class meals, their menu is rich, The chief cook in that place is a real authority in the kitchen, I love very much trying all their food. The dishes are always fresh, the attitude towards the clients  is helpful. I often eat in this restaurant and I not even once was discontended. I recommend it with no hesitation.

Lovely service and delicious food. We came here to open our fast and we're greeted with dates and soup. After ordering the food came very quickly and served very quickly. Please try the fresh orange juice, it's so refreshing!

Best halal burgers this side of London! Add to this their wonderful service and you truly have a hidden gem!

The quality of the chips is all over the place. Sometimes turn up fresh and well cooked, other times they turn up overcooked/burnt.

Tastiest burger I've had in a long time! And very affordable! The burgers are big so make sure you have enough room if you order sides too! Beautiful food and great fast service (helped that it was school holiday too i guess). Very happy and well fed customers here
