Managed to go nanny bills again after ages & tried out truffle fries, brisket croquette, chicken strips and a new addition which wasn’t there before which is called the yard burger, so the patty is made of rib cap & they include brisket added to it as well. 

Breakdown: 

Strips: 5/10 

These were okay but chicken was dry for me or maybe but also not enough sauce on top of it either 

Truffle fries: 10/10 

Couldn’t fault these, I love truffle as it is & it comes drizzled with truffle Mayo & Parmesan on top too I think if I remember correctly, nice crispy fries too & wasn’t greasy either!

The yard burger: 9/10 

Amazing, only issue for me was that it was more bread than meat so it did taste bready for me but I reckon it could have done with another patty, but regardless the flavour was just on point, very well seasoned too. 

If I remembered to get the gravy then I probs would have not been as bothered how thicc the bread was as I could have just dunked it in that but I’m defo coming back for another round soon! 

Overall: 

Food: 9/10 (avoid chicken strips) 
Service was just normal? Annoying because it’s all online & I prefer the old fashioned way, and then I had issues with the website to order food as I couldn’t remember login details & when I did I had to select all my stuff again which was annoying, it could have been avoided if I was I dunno able to have an actual staff member take my order or I go up & order myself. 

Everything is halal minus the bacon & they do have their halal cert from supplier next to the till so you’ll be able to see for yourself too.

A delightful find in the Vinegar yard! Amazing burgers ! Juicy patties, beautiful brisket, a perfect blend of the sauces and all the flavors went well together! yummm croquettes!! I'd say mac and cheese were better than brisket but maybe coz I was overloaded on meat ! But loved every bit of it ! The staff was helpful ! They confirmed that all their meat is halal and you gotta tell them to not put bacon if in the burger. Will be back for more soon !!

We came along the Yard by chance while exploring London. It wasn‘t crowded at all, and so we went in.

It took only some minutes to get the burger and fries served. Its a bit on the pricy side , but still worth it. The Burger was awesome and so were the fries!
Its also close to the train station so its super convenient to reach  :D

SUPER TASTY. Burger was very very good. You order via the phone and they have blue moon on tap (unusual in london)…

I got a Mac and cheese crochet on-top also great. Went for the oggy fries or something like that. Also very Tasty. Not my number one burger spot but very good

Ridiculously good. If you want a burger, this is the place to come. Don't skip the beef shin croquettes either, they were just as good as the burger. If Vinegar Yard is busy and you can't be bothered queuing you can sit down by Tower Bridge and just order on Uber Eats

Best chicken burger I’ve had in London so far. Had the hot mess and it was amazing. Menu looked fantastic so will be back to try more

Our chicken and beef is Halal. We do use pork bacon however it’s cooked and stored separately.

Absolutely loved it!!!! Had the normal beef burger with blue cheese and it wasn't too small that I wasn't full but not too big either perfect sizing. My friend had the Wellington and loved it as well. Drinks were fast and very tasty (great cocktails). Served by Sofia who was lovely and was very willing to help with any dietary needs our group had. Definitely coming here again!

Trendy burger joint. Friendly and efficient staff. We both had the Honest Burger, and tried both fries and slaw as sides. Everything was really good. Burger was juicy and had a nice char. Fries were crispy and perfect and the slaw added a nice acidity. There’s also some good local beers on the menu. Recommended.

Absolutely loved this place! It was a last minute find and all of us raved about it the whole weekend! It’s very cheap, delicious and the staff are lovely! Will definitely revisit when back in the area!

Even though it was very busy I got a table straight away. Service was good and food came very quickly. I had the chicken burger and wings which are tasty and the burger beer which is nice. Toilets were clean and prices are about what you would expect. The onion rings are good but have a lot of batter compared to onion!

Incredible dining experience tonight!! Special thanks to Claudio and Ali for making it so special for my wife and I - they certainly deserve a raise (at least!). Delicious food and drinks as always. A magical Monday evening.

All of the chicken in our restaurants is halal. If you would like to see our supplier’s halal certificate please ask your server when you arrive. Halal products are stored separately with strict processes in place to stop cross-contamination. Halal chicken items are handled with separate utensils and gloves. Fried halal chicken burgers and wings do not share fryers with any non-halal items. Grilled halal chicken breast burgers are cooked on a reserved area of the grill separated by a grill divider. We do not offer halal beef at any of our restaurants.

The ideas are great! The meatballs were really nice but I wouldn’t have put rosemary in them. I like the twist on the dishes though and I think they are a great alternative to the usual takeaways. Recommend a try!

SUGO make all their own stock, cooked for 12 hours. Their meats... Marinated for 48 hours - levels 🔥 These guys are serious about the flavours being fresh & tasty. So, the question is, are you going for the sandwich or the rice box?

I preferred the lamb ragu rice box and @iineeli the melting meatball sandwich. They both taste delicious! The popcorn (cheese balls) was nice! Don’t forget the the dips! They are amazing! Get all the flavours yeah lol 😍 #halal

Had the vegan broccoli sugo. Nothing special, tastes like you'd expect a broccoli sandwich to be. I imagine the meat stuff is probably nicer, but why bother making a vegan option if it's not good.

Delicious. Orderd a lunch here on Mealpal just to try out the place. Turned out to be the best meatballs I have eaten! The chicken pesto sandwich was brilliant too. Highly recommended you try this place!

Very spacious restaurant with and upstairs and downstairs for large parties. The restaurant was clean and staff looked clean and presentable. 
Staff were very friendly and helpful told us all about the special offers.
Told us we could get buy one get one free on our tastecard which was a bargain.
The food was lovely hot and fresh. 
Waited a little while as it was busy. 
Would visit again.

Lovely choice to choose from.The restaurant is quite spacious it has an upstairs and downstairs.
The restaurant is clean decor quite nice. The staff are friendly and helpful makes all the difference. 
My food was presentable and appetizing would visit again.

Good 2 Know About This ' Pizza Express ' In The London Bridge Area. They R A Good ' Chain Restaurant ', With Gr8 Choices On The Menu. Good Service + The Calamari Starter Was Delicious! My Dear Friend + I Were Catching Up ' Big Time ' + They Let Us Take Our Time, Gr8!! Also, Good Selection Of Drinks + Service. Shame They Don't Offer Cranberry Juice Though. Pizza was light and full of flavour. However, I wasn't a big fan of the cheese fingers.

We all really enjoyed our visit here. Three friends were meeting up and were looking for somewhere fast and reliable close to London Bridge station and this fitted the bill perfectly. The wine was good and great value we thought. The starters and main courses were all great particularly the choice for a gluten free friend. Service was friendly, good and not intrusive. All in all a great choice.

PizzaExpress has used halal-slaughtered chicken for several years, but we have never been able to offer a finished dish that was Halal-certified, due to the presence of pork and other non-halal meats in our restaurants and as our kitchens do not operate halal procedures.

Whilst our previous suppliers provided halal slaughtered chicken, it was never our policy for that to be our only option. Since the launch of our Autumn Menu on the 21st September our chicken now comes from accredited suppliers that use both non-halal and halal slaughter methods, because we have recently increased our sourcing options on chicken to ensure continuity of supply during the current challenges within all supply chains.

Where halal slaughter is used, the animals are stunned before slaughter. All our meat suppliers are approved by the Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standards, a globally renowned safety standard and, all comply with EU or local animal welfare regulations.
