The staff members were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. From the moment I was seated, the waiter named NOUMAN, went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. His professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for his work were truly commendable.

Alhamdulillah! Wonderful experience would highly recommend. Food, service, atmosphere was excellent, unique style dishes never seen elsewhere. Beautiful set up. Enjoyed the food would  recommend the mix grilled platter. WILL DEFINITELY BE VISITING AGAIN...

Another day another experience....so on my niece birthday me and my family decided to do something change like we wanna eat to desi style..after searching different restaurants we are decided to go Royal Mahal Norbury..we booked our table and on fix time when we reached the destination it's just waoooo😮neat and clean and even so bussy...a staff member name hamza assist us ..and he makes easy for us what we order...i told him that today is my niece birthday he gone and he on the  birthday background music and every staff member comes and wished my niece...so now it's food turn ...every dish we order is so delicious..even naan are so soft...they served in a professional way...all time hamza assist us he comes again and again and asking about if wee need something ... family environment.. 💯 Recommend

The food is so nice I love to put the name of the food but I enjoyed so much I totally forget what I was eating.

One of the best restaurant in Norbury if not in the UK 10 out of 10.

A lovely,  spacious and clean restaurant with great food and great service.  We had dinner and the portions were just right, almost on the bigger size ( ideal when you're hungry). They also have catering service. I definitely recommend  it...

Phenomenal food!
As a very picky eater, this was the best food I've EVER had. All the food was delicious, cooked to restaurant quality but at the same time, giving you that home cooked food goodness.

Superb, if I could give more than five stars, I would have. 👏

This restaurant looks and feels okay I guess, but the food is no good. I have dined at many different indian/pakistani restaurants in London, and this one will definitely not go down well in my books.
Chicken was rubbery in the mixed grill, lamb chops were bland with no spice and tasted like it was from frozen stock; the curries were not tasty at all and had a cheap feel to them; also the sauces pots were not filled at all generously, the waiter was pushing the trolley for taking the cutlery/plates around again and again seemed unprofessional.
The taste is one thing, the service was slow and tiresome. No one came to us at the door for atleast 2-3 minutes, and the lady at the reception did not make eye-contact or even smile or say hello. This restaurant had the nerve to then charge me 10% of the bill as service charge, which I was not happy to pay, but did anyway because I am a nice guy to be honest. They didn't ask us once if the food was okay, or if we need anything else.

Visited Karachi cuisine with family probably the best service in South London!

The staff is extremely polite and do everything to take care of you.The aura and the feel of the place is astonishing! 🤌🏼

We ordered paani poori/ golgappy as our starters and lime soda which was quite good had lime, mint and black salt init. 🍹

Main: We ordered mixed platter, lamb Bihari Boti, lamb karahi, chicken karahi with butter 🧈 naans and cheese naan. The cheese naan was cheesy and tasted heavenly with the curries. 🍛

I love Karachi cuisines food as it always has an authentic taste and reminds me of Pakistani food. 🇵🇰

Chicken karahi was finger licking 🤌🏼 full of blended spices the aroma is soul fulfilling! Lamb karhai also had a really good spice flavour I loved the chicken karhai and the chicken Bihari botis the most!

My family loved the mixed platter and especially the lamb Bihari botis, I’m not a huge fan of lamb so tried mostly chicken!

Would highly recommend 5/5 ⭐️ from me!

As the expression goes "Bhye Waah". Had a perfect halwa puri brunch. Puri was light and soft. Channa (chickpea) curry and Aalo (potato) curry were authentic. The halwa (semolina desert) was great as well and paired well with the Puri. We also topped it off with some sweet Lassi and karak chai. The guest services are top notch and everyone in the team is enthusiastic and dedicated.

Lovely place, beautiful decor. We had the afternoon tea, was really nice. Delicious sandwiches and the warm scone with fresh cream was my favourite. Would have liked real chocolate with the strawberries, oppose to chocolate sauce but overall we had a great experience. The staff were friendly and added value to the experience.

Good experience compared to the other cafes of the area. We went on Saturday during lunch time and it was full, so naturally the kitchen was busy. It took some time to bring us our order. The staff was very polite and helpful. We've ordered the vegetable breakfast and the plant burger. Not the best ones we've had bit both were good choices and good portions. If we are even in the area, we may visit again.

It’s so lovely in here. Good menu and a really nice place to chill out. We were served by Omar! He is honestly so lovely and a ray of Sunshine. Definitely ask for Him when you go. Will recommend this place

The service at this place is top tier

I had the the plant burger with avocado sauce 🥑🍔which is very filling and scrumptious.

The atmosphere really gives a breezy forest vibe, with flowers and swings 🌹

They also do cocktails too 😍

Their exterior is so eye-catching & more over to that their interior is so aesthetically pleasing and clean.

Woodland Café also provides a great space for brunch (the menu variety : breakfast, lunch, dinner & bites) and a brilliant atmosphere for studying or meetings.

All of our meat is halal. Our marshmallows etc are vegetarian. We don’t use or serve any pork produce at all.

Dropped in without a reservation with 2 starving kids! Lovely staff, very kind and friendly with our children. Good value for money with the kids meals. Shame the adult Burgers just come on their own, you have to buy sides to accompany them. Definitely recommend the dirty fries!

Foods average at best, pricey too. You don't get any sides although by reading the menu you are led to believe sides come with your main food item. Nope. You got to pay separately. Ordered medium well x 2. Received well done. Generous 3 because its a halal option.

Incredibly rude and poor service/communication based on the last 2 encounters.

Queued up last week for a significant amount of time only to be told they were fully booked into next week and weren't taking any customers unless they had pre-booked.

Fair enough, I appreciate the restaurant is busy at the moment due to the EOTHO scheme, but no one bothered to let me try and reserve a booking for me and 4 others in my family.

I figured it may have just been a bad night for them...

Fast forward to today, I phoned up and asked if they had any tables for a lunch slot, and was quickly dismissed with 'sorry, fully booked' and the phone was immediately hung up on me before I could even ask if I could book for another day.

Come on guys, this is poor. You might be busy now, but with poor customer service, are you going to have any repeat customers when people don't have a 50% off deal?

You guys have lost 5 customers for life. Well done

The staff were really friendly and helped me deciding what pizza was best for me. Would 100% recommend to anyone that is a pizza lover.

Tried this place last night. We had burgers and wings and they were amazing. Customer service and staff are very helpful, super polite and respectful! I'm definitely going to be going to this play on a regular. Only thing is, remember to order with good time, as everything is made super fresh on order, so it does take a bit of wait to get your order.

Great addition to Norbury and so happy they're HMC. Really hope they do well 😊

P. S. If you really like grilled Peri Peri wings, this is the place! Just make sure to check your spice levels, as even medium is quite spicy, although really tasty 😋
