Mamasons Dirty Ice Cream (Westfield London)

Mamasons dirty ice cream Westfield. It’s my second time in Mamasons. The first one I’ve tried was in Mamasons China town in London it was nice experience. I went to Westfield Mamasons because I miss the halo-halo(mix mix) yes for the first timer who eat halo halo one tip is you should mix your halo halo properly and give it a stir so you will achieve the perfect creamy taste of halo halo.  The place was good because it is located in the middle of Westfield you can hang out here and sit down with your friends and family while you enjoying your  halo halo. The staff are friendly and the place is clean. They have a lot of stuff including their ice cream. I haven’t taste the rest but I will in My next visit.  The nearest tube  station to Westfield station are wood lane and white city from there it is a short walk.

We have tried HaloHalo which is combination of ice cream, corn-flex, compote, cream caramel and many other things. It’s very unique and taste good (too sugary for me).
Baklava and Black coconut ice-cream was also nice.
Cons are; Too much food colouring inside everything.
Also the sitting area was not clean. Tables were dirty and sticky. Staff should clean them regularly.

Mamasons ice cream is fantastic, delicious, one of the best and most unique flavours of ice cream you can try, I will recommend you try it. The issue is always the long queues and by the time you get served, they ran out of what you wanted. This location, the service is very slow, expect to wait 10-15 before getting served even for a scoop of ice cream. The weekend can be really busy.

I had the bilog which is a pandesal bun like a sweet bread toasted with ice cream in the middle. I had the ube ice-cream flavour which is like a sweet potato and taste like a sweet milky ice cream. It isn't overly sweet and I was able to eat the whole thing easily. I would have it again and try the other dessert like milkshakes next time. Staff friendly, a small area for seating.

Another outlet of the famous Filipino Mamasons Dirty Ice-cream. The ube bilog is a firm favourite, along with Halo Halo and Calimansi- ade. All tasty and refreshing, perfect after a days shopping or dealing with crowds in Westfield. It's situated on ground floor just below the food hall section by the escalator.

All our menu items are suitable for a halal diet.

Was expecting much more from this place.
I got the signature Seoul burger! Yes it was Korean fried chicken but rest of it was just lettuce! I had to check if they forgot to add the sauce, which was too less for the dressing.
Fries were good, food was hot and served quickly.

Came here after some shopping. Staff were decently friendly and it’s pretty quick service. Food was nice and fries also come with sauce. The pouch drinks are really nice and full of flavour. I would come back for these, however, a little pricey for juice.

It was my first time having Korean food. I was curious how it tasted and the friendly staff behind the counter advised me. The question was very simple: what do I need to order if you want me to come back again.
Answer: Rice bowl with chicken, lettuce and kimchi. Said and done and yes it really tastes great. I was a bit scared of the kimchi's taste but it tastes very similar to the Turkish pickle I used to eat in my childhood. I will definitely eat Korean again.

I had been to Seoul twice, and be surprised by Seoul Bird in a negative way.

This is definitely not Korean Fried Chicken you can eat in Seoul.

The chicken pieces were too big, and where are the skins? I can only taste the breads.

And also the sauces were served separately as dips, not spilled on chicken before serving.

And where are the dishes and gloves?

No, this is NOT the Seoul style.

very much enjoyed the burger from here. the flavour was just sensational. the chips were okay, portion was disgustingly small for price. and the mac and cheese went to waste, it was disgusting, horrible and just inedible. it had no taste and the weirdest texture, would definitely leave that out if you do go to visit! although the atmosphere was off, we had a homeless man shout in our faces…

All our chicken is Halal the only non halal item is our chicken dumpling. We are very transparent and have gone to great lengths to make our product fully inclusive.

Cuepoint- SUNDAY ROAST ALERT

For those of you who don’t know @cuepointldn have started doing Sunday roasts now but with brisket! And I think there’s a choice to have with smoked short rib too! 

Okay so it comes with roast veggies such as the onion, garlic, potatoes, parsnip I think there was & I’m sure there were carrots too & then ofc the Yorkshire pudding & the green stuff. Also the gravy was amazing & the jalapeño jam in the little tub as well was just insane with this, I have no words. 

Also the cauliflower cheese as well? Perfectly seasoned, solid amount of cheese & bechamel sauce so it’s not too rich or anything it’s just very well balanced & a beautiful side to have with your roast.

They do take walk ins but you defo should book online via their website for the Sunday roast to avoid a disappointment in your journey to risk walking in for this dish particularly!

I am 1000% certain if you do go here & try it you’ll be thanking me after

The food really was most excellent - Sunday lunch for 5 of us and we all agreed it was one of the best meals we’d had recently. The guys at The Cricket Pavilion were the nicest too

We visited for dinner on a Saturday evening. The menu was very limited, being comprised of a choice of 3 burgers (brisket, fried chicken, or veggie) plus a list of various sides that included chicken wings. They did also offer a kids menu with 3 choices. We went for the brisket burgers, plus fries and wings. The brisket was excellent, so much so that we ordered (and finished) a second burger each! The sides were decent as well. It did some time for the food to arrive though. Pricing seemed reasonable, we spent around £75 for our large meal plus 2 kids meals and a couple of drinks.

After being hyped up by some publications online – including being featured on a list of London’s hottest restaurants – I think it is worth mentioning that this is just a pop-up located in the bar of a cricket club. The atmosphere is more of a casual pub than a restaurant. Most people seated around us were there just for drinks. Orders for food must be placed at the bar. There are a few tables inside, but most seating is on benches outdoors. And as mentioned, the menu is quite limited. Having tried their meal kits twice before, I know there is a bigger selection of good food on offer from these guys, so I do hope they eventually open a proper restaurant. But in the meanwhile, this is still a good place to visit for a quick burger or some takeaway.

This place was really cool. Its located inside a cricket social club. The meat nacos was really well cooked and the vegan option had so many flavours. Didn't give it 5 as I had the tamarind wings which were okay, but the batter was too crunchy and bland for my preferences of battered wings. Would go again here and also watch a cricket match at the same time :)

High quality, friendly service (both personal and corporate!) and the food is AMAZING. I have tried to Naco kit and would highly recommend. You’d be a fool not to!

Started off on the wrong foot when we arrived at the wrong time after we read that they were open however they had just recently changed their opening times but due to their kindness and gracefullness they decided to come in and cook for us having travelled over an hour to try their menu. A super unique and creative menu cultivated on their own take of their own personal cuisines. HALAL brisket buns! Tripple cooked wedges and cheese stuffed pakoras! A truly unique and un rivaled expirience. Almost no complaints other than the fact that the brisket could have been a little more juicy (maybe i just didn't get the fatty cuts). The bun was soft and slightly sweet, the brisket had a strong smokey, black pepper taste and was fully stuffed! It also comes with a special chilli jam although I opted for otherwise. The pakoras were amazing just as they sound and the triple cooked wedges had stolen the show. Perfectly crispy, well seasoned and oh so soft inside. The wings were good but not enough to blow my socks off unfortunately.

The couple behind Cuepoint are two beautiful human beings who gave us an almost gourmet expirience, we spoke about food and culture and family and their vision for cue point. A tremendous couple with a superb menu. They went above and beyond because its not just about food and money for them, you can tell its far more than that. I wish them all the best and its a shame I haven't been able to order since with all whats going on in the world. I can't wait and I wish them all the best, I can't recommend Cuepoint any higher but I have to note the food might not come with the same gourmet treatment.

Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK)

It's a great place to try Burgers. I tried the no meat burger and it was pretty good. It did seem a tad small for such a top rate. The flavour was nice and so was the presentation.

Their shakes are monstrous and it literally comes in  huge metal tumblers. The place was well lit and had very clean washrooms. The service was ok and the staff was pretty responsive. Order and payment through apps only.

I must commend the great customer service that I received throughout my meal. However, the quality of the food was completely average. The Sweet potato fries & the Taxi Driver burger both lacked flavour and the portion sizes were quite small. The passion fruit & vanilla drink was sensational & would definitely recommend. Ultimately, I’m a bit disappointed & should’ve just went to Five Guys nearby.

I tried these burgers for the first time and wow!!!  I couldn't believe how juicy and delicious they were!  You guys really should go try them out! The environment is nice and the staff is friendly. 100% recommended!

I got the satay chicken burger which was good but the meat was quite dry. The onion rings and milkshakes were amazing and are worth the price but I wouldn't say the same for the burger. Overall the meal was very good and left us feeling full.

We come here at least once a month and we love it! The mighty is my favorite. It has everything you want from a burger! The size, patties! Also, as I always care: I like the vibe of the restaurant. Staff are friendly as well. They have a very convenient app that allows you to order and gives you free hamburgers when you eat 6 times

The chicken used for burgers is Halal and is cooked in 100% rapeseed oil in a fryer specified for chicken only, however the grilled chicken used for salads and kebabs are cooked on the same grill as the bacon. The beef, lamb, and venison are not Halal. GBK does not offer Halal Grilled Chicken as an option.

If Your looking for a good quality Nando's which serves Halal food. Shepherd's Bush (Uxbridge road) is a great option for you. They have a family orientated atmosphere, polite and efficient staff, plus the option to order food from your table via the app. Is it the most stylish branch? No. But the quality of food & taste has always been consistent.

Great place, the service was amazing and the staff was great and welcoming! It was my first time eating in a Nando restaurant too and honestly, it’ll probably be my best restaurant experience ever. :)

Hot chicken wings are best to have in Nando's.
I visited Shepherd's Bush branch and it clean, quiet and best.
All chickens are good, price is reasonable and service is perfect.
This branch is not far from Westfield Mall and close to different undergrounds so it easy to reach here.
I have an appointment with friends next week and I will enjoying staying here again.

Busy area of Shepherd's Bush, but I like this Nandos over the larger Westfield branch nearby. Good food was promptly served. Toilets were clean on our visit.

Bought my friend a red letter day voucher which included a 3 course meal and a cocktail, impressive value for money. We chose from a set menu which had plenty of choices. I had the corn starter which was super tasty and something different. For main, I had the burger, again very tasty. For dessert the pineapple. All 3 dishes were very enjoyable and would love to return to have something from the main menu, many items caught my eye.

Nice decor and ambience, reasonably prompt service from the staff, but the food quality doesn't match the prices. The medium Steak we ordered came well done and wasn't hot... and had to wait a lengthy 33 mins for it. Hefty 12.5% service charge awaits in your bill.

I was yesterday at the Cabana restaurant with a friend and my daughter and what I have to say is that the food is not bad but I don't seems it as real Brazilian food to be honest.
I also thought that Portions were small for the amount charged.
The service was very bad, we had to order things more than once and the waiters, although friendly, didn't seem to be paying attention to their work considering that they got our orders wrong and forgot things we ordered.
Anyway, the decoration was beautiful and the atmosphere was pleasant although the music was very loud, it felt like they were at carnival.
I liked the food, although it wasn't what I expected, but I don't think it was worth it for the value it was and I wouldn't go back to the restaurant.

All our chicken is Halal as is our rib eye, and lamb.

highly recommend the fried whole onion! the batter is very light which makes the crunchiness even more enjoyable.
pulled pork and cheese sauce on the loaded fries were nice, but the chips were just average. my friend who had the chicken burger said the fried chicken fillet was really good. I had grilled chicken wrap with sweetcorns in it, and would rather try other menus next time!

This place is super amazing very very nice food and amazing customer service. Staff are very polite and respectful that gives them a whooping 5 star for me and the burger 🍔 and 🍟 with a coke 🥤 was just mind blowing will return again… thanks guys

Really modern and fresh interior. Great friendly service and staff are really nice which make a difference.

The food looked good. But I was disappointed with my chicken burger. There wasn't enough chicken inside. The Swiss mushroom meat burger was good apparently. I think we chose the wrong starters, nacho cheese bites and prawns which were not all that. The loaded fries looked a bit sloppy. I would go back just to try something different as I feel it's not a true reflection of the place.

I really enjoyed this place, very nice and delicious burger place. I went there with my family we tried few three different burgers and one chicken they all where amazing!

Decent food and new modern interior with nice toilets. Whole onion with pulled beef was ok - beef was nice but the onion was over cooked and burnt. Buffalo wings were really good. Dynamite shrimp was ok. Burgers were tasty, filling and presentable. I like their idea of food being served on a metal shovel. Portions were generous, we all left feeling very full. Food did take a while to come out, starters did not all come out at the same time.

Can see this place being a real cosy place for date nights, outings with friends etc but one criticism is the whole restaurant was really cold. Maybe invest in some heaters as this would make it a more pleasant and cosy place to chill and eat food in even if the food takes a while to come out. Nicest burger joint so far in terms of decor and furniture.

3x starters, 3x burger meals with drinks, 1x milkshake and 1 x loaded fries for just under £80. Would come again.

Indian spread 😍 from @bindaseatery , a new Indian joint in @westfieldlondon 👌🏼 absolutely loved their starters- would highly recommend the Chaat Ka Chaska sharing platter which came with gol guppa, the most delicious samosa chaat, sweet potato bhel puri & watermelon chaat 🍉 the haddock pakoras with garlic Mayo were also so delicious! 🙌🏻 for mains we loved the paneer malai tikka, Mehak’s ghar ka chicken curry & the daal makhani 🤤 you have to try their avocado raita on the side (the best raita I’ve ever had) 🥑 plus their za’atar paratha & onion pulao on the side tops it all off! 🍚 their chai was on the spicy side for me, but their mocktails were absolutely amazing, especially the rose garden 🌹 for dessert, you HAVE to try their Biscoff chaimisu- it’s not overly sweet & has a delicious yet balanced Biscoff & chai flavour ☕️ #halalfoodlondon #bindaseatery

I attended the Influencer Evening hosted by @bindaseatery to celebrate the @londoneid festival taking place at Westfield this weekend 😍

The mocktails we were greeted with banged - there was a spicy mango one & one of my favourites… rose 🥭🌶🌹 We tried such an interesting twist on your usual Indian dishes- who would have thought watermelon could go in a chaat? 🍉 There was also a banging sweet potato bhel puri for starters👌🏽 

We got to try a tasty lamb curry w/ a lil kick to it 🔥 The absolute highlight for me however, was the butter chicken burger & the sauce to accompany 🍔🔥 This was anything but bland & I’ll be running back to order this again!! 

Dessert was gulab jaman w/ salted caramel sauce & ice cream 🤤🤤 It’s safe to say we were stuffed by the end of the evening.

So was invited here through @londoneid & I hadn’t heard of the place until this moment, and honestly I was quite shocked how nice the watermelon chaat was, but the star of the show was that butter chicken thigh burger with the butter chicken sauce as well, just WOW. Used the rest of the sauce to have the chips with but you gotta dip the burger in there or open it up & pour desired amount over the chicken too, bloody beautiful, I could have had another one easily as well, I’d defo go out my way for this alone so I’ll be back for round 2 very soon!

Also the salted caramel gulab jamun was beautiful too!

Never been here before but saw it pop up on Instagram and thought I’d take the family there to give it a try. Food was delicious, presentation was beautiful! We had to reorder some the dishes because we couldn’t resist. Perfect portions for us to try different plates! Cocktails were tasty and the  SERVICE, to say the least, we were looked after very well! Thank you for having us - we’ll be back again!

Was doing some shopping at Westfield and decided to pop in to this beautiful restaurant. We sat inside the restaurant rather than outside as it was very hot weather. Inside was nice and cool. They serve halal meat which is good.

Within 10mins our order was taken. Drinks came really fast which is good. However the actual food took a long time. The restaurant was less than half full.

Customer service is fantastic and I have to say they are attentive.

Finally once the starters came, we went straight into much mode. The cauliflower chilli was so tasty and good. In fact it was my favourite food out of everything I ordered. The chaat was very tasty and authentic.

The onion rice was tasty and loved the caramelised onion at the top. The curry however was a disappointment. The chicken pieces were bit slimy and not breast pieces. Really hated the texture. The taste wasn't that great. So I decided to get a different curry. The restaurant did not charge me for the first curry. This time the taste was really good but it is a shame that the chicken pieces degrades the entire experience. Please use breast pieces rather than thigh pieces.

Dessert we went for gulab Jamun with caramel ice cream. It was lovely and tasty.

Overall it was really good and will definitely visit again to try other things from the menu.

Visited here on a Friday evening with the mrs and friends and we were honestly blown away.. the food was amazing!!!👏🏿 really had a great evening and enjoyed the calming atmosphere there. The staff were very friendly and the tunes were hitting right with the old-school pop classics. Would recommend to food lovers and those who'd like to try Indian cuisine for the 1st time. Only downside was the booths were very tight and my knees were saying heyyyy after 40mins. Otherwise great experience!

Some friends recommend us Bindas Eatery, we've decided to give it a try. Food was delicious, finger licking adventure full of spices and unforgettable tastes. Waiters politely fulfilled all our needs and wishes. Full recommendations.

Visited Bindas Eatery on a Sunday with a friend after shopping at Westfield. The staff was welcoming, polite and more than happy to discuss the menu. While the interior is small, it is meticulously decorated and the music adds to the pleasant ambience.

We got offered a free papri chaat as it was extra and I thought it was a generous gesture; it was appetising. We ordered the achari lamb chops which were mouth watering with a unique taste of masala and pickling spices. Also ordered the chicken makhani which was flavourful with juicy and tender chicken pieces. Enjoyed it with the soft and fluffy phulkas. In addition, ordered the laccha paratha which was disappointing as it wasn't layered and flaky. To quench our thirst in the summer heat, we ordered the mango lassi which was deliciously creamy and refreshing on a hot day!

Overall a great experience and would recommend this place for Indian food.

The chicken tikka wrap was dry and very bland. Chicken Biryani was moist lacked salt but was my favourite. The masala Fries were not as crispy as I'd like them to be. The lamb curry was great. No seats available so ended up eating my food cold by the time we found a seat. Needs plenty of improvement!

Not bad.
The chai tea was perfect. Onion Bhaji too much on the oily side. Chola Batora, ( chole bhature) chickpeas great, perfect bite and portion size, just right texture, flatbread again too oily and hard in the middle.
Price was mid range, certainly not much of a comparison what you get in a good restaurant in Wembley.

Great food with lots of choices. We had pav bhaji, Masala fries and Chana bhatura. The fries were flavoursome. The service was quick

ordered biryani and masala fries. fries were delicious! rice could’ve been better. definitely overpriced for the portion and quality that’s given but I would go again. staff were friendly too.

The food was really good. We had the duck noodles and the chicken green curry. Service was a little slow but the service we did have was good.  The portion size was quite small. For £55, I would have liked a little bit more.

Very convenient spot next to Westfield. Not the most cosy interior but the service is fast and friendly, and the food came quick as well. Overall good Thai food, not blown away but it was good value for money and we enjoyed it. The calamari was actually very nice and well cooked as well, not at all rubbery. Would come back for a quick bite

Nice place to visit with good Thai cousins ❤️ Food was yummy and dessert was brilliant taste. We tried mango sticky rice ( our favourite Thai dessert) and it was not too sweet and taste was yummy.

Personally I am not happy with drinks 🍹  I will rate 3-4 😔

Delicious, crispy spring rolls and the best vegan Pad Thai! Admittedly I’ve only visited Busaba one time but I plan to go back to sample more from their vegan menu. Great location if you live/are around Westfield Shepherds Bush. The restaurant has a lovely decor and atmosphere as well as friendly staff.

Surprisingly tasty for a chain restaurant. Splendid roti's too. However it was the staff who made the night for me, super helpful, attentive and friendly even though it was really busy. Would visit again

First time visiting this place.
Had high expectations due to the hype on social media.

My order consisted of the fully loaded burger (jerked), Mac n Cheese and the Fruit Punch.

I highly advise to not get the mac n cheese as it’s cold and straight from the microwave.
The burger was dry and had no jerk chicken flavour.

I do recommend the fruit punch drink which was full of flavour.

Wow where to start guys after @centralcee gave it the 10/10 I had to get in there see what the hype is about and boy I wasn’t disappointed full of flavours and maybe first place to achieve a bun made out of fried dumpling wow what a bun a big turn from ur usual brioche bun and i gotta say this ones a heavy hitter once smothered with toppings and sauce 😋😋😋 the dough for the dumplings were perfect even the flavours in jerk chicken really authentic how you want jerk to taste with the plantain and sauces this ones a special one 🔥🔥🔥 the Caribbean punch is a sweeeettt one but really refreshing at the same time 🔥🔥🔥 they also do mains and other goodies my foodies so deffo check it out deffo a celebs fave spot!

Definitely one of the most overhyped places I've ever had. I ordered the dumpling chicken burger with jerk wings and fruit punch. I'm not a fan of the dumpling bread and the chicken/bread ratio was pretty bad. The chicken was half the size of the dumpling. The jerk wings were horrible, do not even bother. The only good thing was the fruit punch which was super sweet although it is quite pricey for a small bottle. Overall the food was below average and the prices are not worth it. Would not recommend to visit.

Great choise for fast food.
BBQ chicken grilled with jerk wrap was very filling and good combination with coleslaw.
Avokado would've been great extra for it but was sold out.

Decided to try the wings (takeaway), after having a tasty burger on launch night. Quite pale and had to brown them in the oven. Bog standard sweet chilli sauce, nothing special. Paid £4.90 for 4 wings after being told on instagram that there would be "around 6-7" in a portion!

Ordered 2 classic chicken burgers( with cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, onions and chipotle) 2 portions of chips and chicken wings. Guess what?!!! When the order arrived and I checked the burgers I found out that they are absolutely naked, just three rings of onions and sauce. £10 for this ?? Nah , sorry …

This has to be the best burger spot that's opened up near me. Ingredients tasted fresh and crunchy, nice crispy fries, good service and customer service. I will be returning for another great burger the next time I drive past.

My girlfriend tried the milkshake and she didn't share, I would say it's a safe bet they use great ingredients there too.

Great food freshly made in a clean environment. Would gladly go again. Nice staff too.

Halal Halal Halal very tasty freshly made Mexican food served here in this great location near by to Mc Donalds and KFC on the Uxbridge road , it’s just around the corner from the train station 2 min walk next to Starbucks , across the road from the Vue cinema and Weatherspoon Pub it’s  well worth a look.

I regularly eat at Taco Bell however at this branch the experience was different. The customer service was excellent, the tables were spotless & the restaurant was clean, I would give 5 stars for that but I had a problem with the food here.

The fries & drink were good but the taco was poorly made, I ordered a beef taco and the quality of the beef was not good, it gave me food poisoning.

It's midnight on a Saturday and we've just come in and ordered. Our order number is 797 and the current number on the board is 759. There aren't enough staff and the place is an absolute tip. You couldn't dine in if you wanted to. Unfortunately, this is the same as my local Taco Bell so it seems to be a common problem. How hard is it to have one member of staff constantly tending to the seating area whilst having sufficient numbers to process orders? As always, Deliveroo and Uber Eats riders are flying in and out and getting into conflict with staff over waiting times. Disappointing all round. Hope the food is decent quality...

I go here a couple of times a month. Today I ordered 4 quesadilla cravings boxes and didn’t check my order before leaving as I never usually do and today it was very busy with all the Notting hill carnival goers. I got home and found two quesadillas missing. I had guests at home so couldn’t go back straight away. I went back and the manager on duty was great asked me what happened and gave me what was missing. 5 star food and 5 star customer service. Will definitely continue going here

I stopped in here to get some lunch on a weekday break from the office. It’s in a good location just next to the green and the tube/overground. The service was quick and it was easy to order via the touchscreens, although as it was quiet I could have ordered at the counter too. The portions are relatively small but the food was nice enough. It's American fast food, so don't expect authentic Mexican cuisine.

Ordered lamb shank and pasta linguine with white mushroom sauce. It was delicious and the salad and mashed potato that came with it were great. The service was excellent and the price was the best of all. We had 4 adult meals plus one kids meal for under £50. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Don’t understand what the fuss is about. Only thing I enjoyed was the bread and hummus. Chicken tasted off, the shoulder was full of fat and tasteless and the rice tasted like it was put in the microwave! Never going back

Badly designed space, it needs a lot of work. The staff are polite and hardworking but the conditions of the place needs improvement. Food is also good but only for takeaway.

First time visiting this restaurant and was impressed with the service, quality and taste of the food. Had the lamb shoulder which was cooked perfectly, with the meat just falling off the bone. The veg accompanying the meat was nicely done. Rice was done perfectly, and tasted great. Spice level was really mild, but they provided a chilli chutney/sauce which gave the dish a nice kick. Overall, glad I went and would definitely return in future.

Amigos Burgers & Shakes

Decent place - nothing special.

Upon entering, was notified by a member of staff they were ‘restocking’ so we had to wait before we could order. We finally was able to order maybe 15/20 minutes wait.

The food did take some time to arrive - chips tasted re-fried and hard. The burger was actually really good however the brioche bun could be a little more toasted. Dips for the fries are standard nothing special and also the bottled water could be different. Overall - 3 stars but there is room for improvement.

Decor and furnishings were very nice.

1. Remember this is fast food - wait times exceeding 20 minutes is far too long
2. Fries could be better - maybe use McCain’s
3. Dipping sauces need changing
4. Bottled water - stock different brands for variety - wasn’t too impressed with a Amigos labelled water.

Great for a burger place. It was clean and the service was good. If you like gourmet burgers then this seems real value for money. The burgers are better than Five Guys and not much more expensive than McDonald's. I think I'll try again sometime and might up the rating to a four after I try some of the more alternative dishes. The reason for the average score is down to personal taste but if I was rating the establishment and not considering the cuisine then it likely deserves a four. These seemed like healthy burgers and cooked well in what appears to be a clean environment.

Love their food but disappointed with their service.  They never seem to read the order notes when ordering online and it's so frustrating.  This is the only reason for my low rating, otherwise they would get a 5 star.

Delicious, filling and a big thumbs up. If you fancy something with a bit of a kick and are feeling hungrier than normal, I can safely recommend either the HappyNero or Mexican burgers as they're spicy, not overly saucy and packing all the right and fitting toppings - the meal tops it off perfectly without being overpriced.

I noticed the beef they use seems to be much higher quality than some of the other chains and independent eateries I've been to as well, which I noticed instantly the moment I took my first bite!

I would happily return in the future.

The portions are generous and the prices are on the average scale. The service however was slow so be sure to consider waiting time.

Yummy food the children I was so enjoyed it as well.

We tried it because it wasn't too busy and actually it was really good! The portions are slightly small and hence the 4* instead of 5* but the flavours very nice and refreshing! We'll definitely go back! :)

The food here is spectacularly delicious! Everything was so fresh. I ordered the Big Sabroso to split between me and my mom, and the portions were just right for the two of us (but then again, we are little women).
This place is awesome and the staff is so friendly.

DO NOT EAT THERE. Yesterday we ordered 3 bowls for which we had to wait for over 30 mins. But that's fine... we weren't in a hurry and also chicken was supposed to be freshly cooked, hence the wait. We even got extra fries as compensation. Too bad they were clearly just getting rid of them because the day was ending. Basically fries were inedible. Tasted like they were laying there whole day. All went to a bin. The worst came today tho. Me and 2 other people who ate with me are suffering having to rush to the toilet if you now what I mean... we ate there couple times before and it was nice. However every time we came back the food was less and less tasty... we won't be eating there again.

Salt Beef Sandwich from @balanslondon who have restaurants in Soho and both Westfields, now have halal chicken, lamb and beef (swipe for the  certificate)

They are a British restaurant that serve up all day breakfast, brunch and lunch and dinner. I tried a few items as wa impressed with the food, everything had quality, especially the breakfast eggs, so fresh and creamy! I'll post a more detailed review later, but be sure to check this place out. They run the extended eat out help out offer as well

Great to see more non typical places (ie no typical halal places) start serving halal food. A chance to try food you normally can't get. There is non halal meats on the menu, like bacon, however you can order items without, its handled and prepared Seperately, just state to your waiter you want halal and they will make sure they halalifie your food!

I am a huge fan of this place. Went recently starters were nice. However my main course which was burgers and chips were awful. The chips were undercooked when chef made new chips they were cooked on outside but mushy inside. Burger bun has changed no longer brioche bun. Service was good. However I will never go back here or recommend this place to anyone after my last experience with food. Such a shame there branch in Ealing Broadway closed. As food was always on point there.

Lovely vibe and ambiance. The staff were very friendly, accommodating with allergies and genuinely nice people. The actual quality of the food was okay, nothing special but also not bad. The vegan pancakes were rather doughy, the lattes were good. Not sure if I would go again but it is good for large groups.

I went to the Balans in Soho and Westfield and I love their menu. The red curry rice and chicken is amazing and the croquettes! This time we went to have brunch and it was really good (although the steak should me medium rare and it was actually well cooked). Good coffee and service!

Bad food. Didn’t even ask how it was when I didn’t eat it. Bad experience.

Fantastic quality of food. Simple menu that makes deciding easy. Nice wine too. And book matches - haven’t seen these in ages!

We've visited 3 times.  We were really impressed by our first visit, we then visited again to celebrate a family birthday - the food and drink was great, the service was excellent and the team made very effort to make sure we had a great service. 

Our third visit wasn't as great, the service was slow (our drinks orders were missed) and the food tasted a little bland.  This was back in January 2020 and I suspect it may have been a one-off on the Sunday we visited (I'm hoping it was a blip) as our previous two visits were great so I'm willing to go back post lock down and give it a try.

A really nice atmosphere and friendly service. The aromas are enticing and hugely encouraging. But the price of every part of a sub-meal is a put off, particularly for a restaurant in Westfield. You'll walk away sated, but there's better in the area for less.

Went here for my Boyfriends Birthday.. just us two. 
Great service, yummy food! I’m Asian so I was expecting flavour and spice and it has a real nice blend of West and East to cater to all pallets! 
The service though... esp a lady called Mariana. 
I hope she gets some recognition!

Wow, so lucky to have my own Mumbai’s authentic Indian food in London. Beautiful ambience and tasty food. Though the size of portion are small but delicious. It will be an added bonus when staff taking order understands the food and Hindi. Presentation is lovely. Yummy food.👌

My husband took me here for my birthday dinner. Still a fairly new restaurant. Our dishes were tasty. Only downside, we were sat next to a large table (15 people) and they were extremely loud, no consideration for other guests. A separate dining area/room would be ideal for larger groups so some of us could enjoy our dining experience.

Unless you have no other choice and everywhere was shut, I do not recommend this place. The food is totally rubbish. I'm sorry to say, the staff knows nothing about Asian tastes and are probably following a simple spec and recipe that wasn't any good to begin with. Don't waste your money!!!!

Excellent!!! I got the chicken bun and pork bun and fresh orange/carrot juice.   The chicken bao was my favorite.  The way the chicken is prepared reminded me of extra crispy carnitas.  So good!
The fresh juice was very flavorful and refreshing.  I highly recommend this place.  I'll definitely be going back.

We followed our noses to a very satisfying result. So happy to have found this gem within white city food court. 100% eating here again, the tofu bao kapitan curry are both perfection, the service is very friendly and welcoming and boy the aroma alone was enough to attract our wallets let alone our appetite!

The restaurant is inside westfield and offers a good variety of courses and drinks. The quality of the food is acceptable but not great. The service is fast.

This place is horrible. The dan dan noodles are soggy, no flavour at all. Cucumber is too sour. Not worth the money! Don’t go there

I ordered a cake 1 month before my daughter's 1st birthday. I payed in total £120 for that and £50 in advance, and I showed the picture how I wanted the cake. The baker promised that he will do the design as I asked. It ended up that the cake came in the last minute, wasn't the size I asked, and there were fingerprints  all-over the icing. In the design were some balloons on top, and they were with strong marks of fingerprints too and the balloons were fitted on top of halved transparently straws. Disgusting when I saw the fingerprints of I don't know whom, and I wish their hands were cleaned! It was supposed to look like a rainbow on the side, which you can put a name on it how it looks to you in the picture. So unprofessional!
 Looking at the marks so visible, makes me as a customer come out only on 1 conclusion, careless dirty work. A mistake that I won't do again. I will never order in this shop again, and I do not recommend it to no one. 👎

The deserts here are quite nice, coffee is ok, the crowd is typical for the area. Tables might be hard to get, especially in the evening on weekends, but the waiting time to get one is typically within 5-10 minutes

Simply brilliant . Been a customer here since last 10 years. Great birthday cakes at very affordable price and delicious pastries. Double chocolate cake is the best in town.

Have been going here for years, good prices, very good fruit cakes and good custom order cakes also, my partner buys them regularly for work events and on top of that, the nicest staff in the world!

Great place, great food, great decor, great service... what more can I say the food is delicious here and the decor is beautiful, can get busy but always has a nice welcoming atmosphere. Been with big groups and myself for a quick bite and never been let down great quality.

I’ve cycled past this place a bunch as it’s always smells great. The takeaway also tastes great!! I got grilled things, the chicken wings taste like chicken wings should. I recommend.

Very nice and proper Syrian food. I mostly go on weekends morning for they open buffet breakfast (from 10 to 12:30). It costs only 8.99 and you have very nice Oriental food, typical Syrian breakfast. Better to book though since it is very popular.

Lovely food, amazing place to sit with the family and enjoy a meal. Nice size portion, very tasty and fresh. Great value of money. 
Friendly staffs, didn’t wait much for the food and it was delicious. Highly recommended.

The lamb satay was AMAZING!!!! There was so much flavour and everything went well together. There was a party in my mouth and everyone was invited. The lamb was so juicy and it just melted in my mouth. Had this for starters and my dessert lol.
To be honest I don’t remember much about the other dishes as the lamb satay was just wow. 
Read mixed reviews about this place but I’ll just come back for the lamb satay.

Pretty good food, a bit on the dear side, place is clean, service was all right.

Massive massive portions for good prices. We ordered far too much, and we couldn’t stop eating because it was so delicious. The sea bass was huge and cooked really nicely. The decor was quirky. We enjoyed the meal here.

Can't even think of giving anything less than 5 stars to this place. My love for London and food here somehow connects me with this place. This was the first place where I had food in London when I came here for the first time AND I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. So, I have an emotional connect here. Burritos are irresistible, you have to have it!

This place has closely copied Chipotle. That being said, the food was great and I highly recommend it. Go for the large burrito. The quality and flavor was great, especially the seasoning on the chicken. My only feedback was that the salsa was sadly mostly onion instead of tomatoe and leaves you with strong onion breathe.

Very nice nachos. We did ask the staff to replace cheese sauce with sour cream but he dis not feel comfortable doing it for some reason. Taste is very good though.

Worst tortilla ever , the food was dry and with no flavour , if I can give less then one star to the stuff I will give it , I m vegetarian and today I went there with my boyfriend and ask for two burritos , and they were keep wanted to put in mine what he was asking for his , they didn’t gived me the time to choose what I wanted , plus of this I was asking for a pack of “chips” and they were trowing it on the table , I don t even give to my cats the food in that way, really rud stuff and disgusting food we spent 15£ pound for have belly pain and vomit .
And this is the only tortilla like this I never had any problem in the others .
