Came to dine on day 2 of opening and fantastic flavourful food.

The music was too loud , my mother was wearing her hearing aid and my two toddler kept complaining about how loud the music was, expected better food wise. We ordered “we meet gain”, kept asking to bring us sauces. Everything tested the same. Will I go back again not really.

The premises was very nice and Inviting, with lots of smiles. The decor, and food was very nice I ordered salmon fish however, the portion of chips could have been larger, some salad on the side would have complimented the dish more in my opinion. I like the plate which was ceramic and the use of metal cups assisting the environment, positive to see. Tina was inviting and very helpful and others like Nav and manager who personally came to greet which was really nice to see. Seems like a positive team. There was some other guys there  that looked like thugs, which I was told were the owners, who didn't need to be there and micromanage in my opinion. Other than that it was nice, and dish was served swiftly. Will revisit keep smiling

Amazing restaurant with yummy food especially the chopsticks, the chicken kebab and the wings. What I love about it is how wide and colourful it is. The staff are very friendly paying extra attention to your needs. I went there with the family and will be going again as my new favourite hub in Wembley.

Very overpriced. Service was very bad and they were trying to make me pay service charge. Food came in very small portions. Server tried to tell me that the service charge will come out of her pay check like I care cause I’m paying for the food anyway, that’s coming out of my pay check. Anyway, i highly suggest not to come her. Food was also dis-gus-tan!

Had the mix starter plate, was really nice, had a bit of everything.
For mains we ordered couple of different dishes with plain rice, the chicken coconut curry with Turmeric was lovely, we requested for it to be extra hot even though it already was, definitely my favourite dishes.
Would definitely recommend to try.

Great little Malaysian place in the west of London. A hidden gem, serving very authentic food! My first try at a Malaysian in London and did not disappoint. The chili ended up being too spicy that day (and this is from a Thai person, plus the Indian lady next to us enquired the same to the waiter) however I believe that was just a batch of chili paste being too expensive. Apart from that, everything else was great!

Came to this restaurant near its closing hours and the kind staff kept the kitchen open for our last orders. It was a decision we would not regret!

The food was delicious, starring a perfectly cooked crunchy sea bass with sambal sauce. You must try the chicken satay skewers dipped in their yummy peanut sauce. The satay plate came with a few rice cakes to make sure we have every bit of the sauce. 

Other delicious surprises included the breaded prawns, the Nasi goreng and the uber tender beef rendang. 

Another unforgettable dish was the kari lakhsa which was rich, spicy and super filling, coming with a very generous serving size.

We polished off the meal with sagu and ais kacang.

Overall, awesome meal! Definitely recommend it to anyone who discovers its hidden location.

Entrance is down a set of stairs, if you didn't know it was there, you would easily miss the restaurant.

Very clean but comfortable. Lovely hand painted murals on the walls.

Creative, beautiful and above all tasty dishes. We went here looking for halal dimsum and we were not let down.  The food was brilliant. As they had a seafood dimsum platter, it would have been nice to have a carnivore dimsum platter.

I would have tried more food but we were possibly a bit full from our earlier meal.

Was looking for a halal restaurant that was something other than Indian or Turkish and stumbled across this on Google. Absolutely 10/10. All the dishes were extremely tasty, freshly cooked and the service was fast. Slightly more varied menu than some Malaysian places - with dumplings and bao buns on offer. Highly recommended and I will definitely visit again.

I came here for lunch as a family of four. We decided to order Duck bao buns, Veggie Laksa, Nasi Lemak, and Fruit Sago.

Duck bao buns was delicious overall. The bun was soft and light while the duck is a bit chewy but it’s fine. All veggies complementing the bun were refreshing and the sauce was nice. I would recommend you to try it if you happen to visit this place.

Veggie Laksa was very good. The broth was vibrant and thick with a refreshing sour flavor in it.   I did a bit hack by dipping the bun into the broth as it was taste amazing. Another stuff I did was putting some Laksa spicy sauce with the duck bun and it was tasty.

Nasi Lemak could be bettee. The rice is not that flavorful but you can taste the coconut in there. Need to eat the rice with chicken, salted anchovies all at once to get a nice flavor of the dish. The sambal was quite a lot though.

We closed our meals with fruit sago in which there were jackfruits, mango and basil seeds. The dish was served with evaporated milk. The surprising part of this dessert is that it was served warm. I would recommend to share with friends if you order this.

I had not been here for a couple of years.  Easy to miss as you have to navigate to a basement to access. They have spruced up the interior and given it a fresher look. Service was quick. I ordered a prawn CKT noodle meal. Good quality prawns. However despite the basement location and basic interior… this is NOT a cheap eat. Spent just under £15 for 1 dish with no drinks.

Dim sum was underwhelming and expensive. Not soft or moist enough for me. The chicken in the Nasi Lemak  was cooked well. Crispy skin and moist on the inside. However, the sauce needed more flavour for me. The owner was very friendly and service was fast. All in all an average meal at best for us.

If you’re looking for cheap but tasty gourmet burgers, @smokyboys is the place to visit! Based in numerous locations, the restaurant uses freshly ground beef sourced from Angus Breed Cattle, which is free range and grass-fed. You can definitely tell that the quality of the meat is great 👌🏽 If you prefer your burgers more saucy they have a vast range of dips available! We ordered the Smoky BadBoy (one for the spice lovers 🥴) and The Beast. The Mac’n’Cheese was heavenly 🤤 and the Grilled Shrimps were very flavourful. Thick milkshake lovers, you’re in for a treat with SmokyBoys Milkshakes! We ordered the Ferrero and Oreo ones and they were the creamiest milkshakes we’ve had in a long time!

Nice place. Good quality food. Friendly staff

Very neat and welcoming place. They offer generous meals and for inexpensive prices. We loved the meals very much and the waiters were super affable and informative. Highly recommended.

Love coming here with the family, very cozy and clean atmosphere. Food is always on point, price is slightly high but once you get into your first bite you won’t complain. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

Finest food, friendly staff members, consistently excellent ambience. They charge fair rates and the food quality is excellent. Keep up the good work.

Very small restaurant off of a main road.

Group of 13 family meal on Eid day. Restaurant was very accommodating with friendly staff. 

Starters we ordered 36 wings with mixed flavours of smoky BBQ and Dynamite. The chicken wings were falling off the bone and it was a very good start. BBQ flavour was ok not the best and the dynamite flavour was nice and spicy. The chicken wings cooking was on point and made up for any let down on the flavour.

Beef ribs ordered to try out and was enjoyed overall.

The main course we ordered sirloin and rib eye steak with various sides including sweet potato fries, mash, chunky chips.

Steak was of small size and of low quality, taste was not there and that was a real shame.

Mash was a complete write off. Tasted boiled with no seasoning.

Everything else was standard. 

The prices where a bit high in relation to location, venue and quality of food. 

Overall it was ok, didn't leave hungry. 

In my view everyone is now adding steak to the menu and they think it's a slab of meat cooked on a grill. Failing to realise the cookery is a real skill, takes practice and finesse to pull off a great tasting steak with great texture and to it consistently. You cant fake it until you make it as the difference is night and day. I say stick to what you are good at and thrive.

Too far to go back again. If passing by, may try a burger.

Was just an okay experience.  Would have given a higher rating if not for the not so friendly greeter/ seater guy and annoying little flies that came after receiving food.  I felt rushed to eat once my order arrived in order to defend my food from gnats and flies.

The ambience is warm and welcoming. Initially stopped for a quick lunch but ended up spending 2 hours eating shawarma and drinking the fresh orange juice. 

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: I had a lovely time with my family. Staff where nice. The only thing is they take a little long to deliver the food.

Cons: I have been 3 times, they like to short change people from 1p to 10p on purpose.  Doing that adds up their coins at the end of each night. 
Pay them the exact amount in cash or use a card. (Tips are separate and optional of course).

Very good food, both inside and outside seating. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. Can get busy and parking, like most places in London, can be scare. A nice relaxing evening.

Can't go wrong with this place.  Was happy to see they open this location near the hotel we are staying at.   The place was new, clean and friendly staff.   Burgers are always great.

The food is freshly made with amazing chips. Very clean environment and spotless toilets. We keep coming back, time after time. Definitely a recommendation! 👌🏻

The place is very comfortable and well located, but the service is terrible, I come here every week to eat, today I was confronted by a guy who works there. I ordered a beer and was going to order a snack, he didn't let me stay there, I always get a beer and eat peanuts, after that I asked for a snack, the guy with a rude tone treated me badly, spoke shouting, seemed stressed, said he couldn't stay there and do that, I always do that and today I was surprised. I'm very indignant, . I'm very upset. I'm here leaving my opinion, I hope you have the attitude and change how this works.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Five Guys, and let me tell you, it was an absolute blast! From the moment I stepped foot into the restaurant, I knew I was in for a treat. The mouthwatering aroma of sizzling burgers and freshly cut fries filled the air, instantly making my stomach growl with anticipation.

The menu at Five Guys is simple yet satisfying, offering a variety of burger options and customizable toppings. I opted for their classic cheeseburger with all the fixings, and boy, was it a flavor explosion! The patty was perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with deliciousness. Five stars aren’t enough to express how amazing Mikah, Keyur, and Hetal at Five Guys Park Royal were during our visit! As a pregnant customer, their kindness, patience, and excellent customer service truly stood out. Despite being the last customers in the store at closing time, we were never rushed or made to feel unwelcome. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and pleasant experience. Their professionalism and warm attitude made all the difference. Thank you, Mikah, Keyur, and Hetal, for making our visit so special!

Many don't know about this spot but it's better than most fried chicken joints! I didn't know about @mbchickenuki either but it's a Canadian fried chicken joint which has opened up in West London not too long ago. Is this fried chicken for the people?

I tried this back in November for the first time and have actually been really enjoying it with family a few times since. Priced really nicely but in my opinion easily beats both KFC and Popeyes. Definitely go for the spicy chicken and it's really good. It's also the only place I've seen where you can specify dark pieces (thigh pieces) which are juicier. It's not only crunchy but just really tasty too.

Even better is their gravy and I think that's better than other places too. This time I found they're doing a merry deal which gets a decent amount for £20. Even their spicy burger is good and on Mondays you can grab it for £3.99 which is a bargain.

Overall one of my favorite fried chicken spots now - I think they're really underrated and if you go definitely get spicy as they add some seasoning on top making it real good. Gravy and Chipotle make great dips.

Brand new, and exciting new addition to Hounslow town centre, large, very new and very clean dining area in the new development and there is still a new opening buzz around the place, with the staff excited to be of help. Went before lunch time, so was pretty empty, the service was prompt, helpful and all my food freshly cooked.

Its a Canadian chain, that I am unfamilar with. and price wise you pay a  premium over the local chicken places for that privilege. The chips are lovely and crispy on the outside with a satisfying crunch and fluffy interior, the chicken sandwich I had completly satisfied my fried chicken cravings.

The atmosphere is amazing.It’s slightly off the high street but perfect location for shoppers. Either you are coming for cinema or you are coming for grocery shopping in ASDA or High street Hounslow. A perfect place for quick yummy bites.

We decided to have a look but Sadaf’s customer service pushed us to sit and enjoy few bites. Sadaf was very friendly and welcoming. Sadaf introduced few meal deals which they run on Mondays. We loved the taste. The chicken twisters and potato wedges were too good. All food was crispy and fresh. When you say spicy they really mean spicy.

At the end Hamna came with a broad smile on her face. She added the touch of her customer services skills which made us feel like home. Thank you sis Sadaf and sis Hamna. You guys are rocking.

Boneless chicken breast was battered, and fried.The baffalo burgur was juicy while the crust provides a crunchy texture. Best when the seasoning is bold and the gravy is flavorful.
Strips of chicken breast breaded and fried was delicious.Wings coated in flour or a spiced batter and fried until crispy. The skin  of  wings are extra crispy, locking in the juicy meat. Perfect sauces.
A properly fried chicken dish should have a crunchy, non-greasy crust.Seasoning in both the batter and meat. Wonderful

I thought the food quality was poor for the price paid. I have had supermarket ready meals that were better.

Pathetic food. Insult to Indian food. Butter chicken is a sugar overdose and the naans are dry and tasteless. Biriyanis are not even mediocre it’s bad. The staff are reasonably well behaved which is why I’m giving this place a 2 on 5.

Food was very poor quality. Chicken burger was really dry and loaded with onions, tasted really rubbery and stale. Masala chips were okay, pretty much just hot sauce on top, they were also served cold. The bhajias was probably the only nice thing. I wouldn’t recommend especially for the standard of quality of food served and price paid, do better spice shack!

Visited Spice Shack on a 50% off night. Great customer service from staff who were friendly and able to offer recommendations.
Ordered samosa chaat, chicken biryani and a meat curry thaali. Tasty food, full of flavour and very filling. Samosa chaat is slightly on the chilly side so have some water on standby.
Overall a good experience.

📝About two months ago the Spicy Marinated Chicken was called “BBQ Chicken” and had a different taste. I preferred the way it tasted before, doesn’t mean that its bad now, but just not as good as it previously was. The staff are nice and cool.

Authentic nice Korean food and people. Service is great. Surprisingly spacious inside. Most of the food are very nice. The vegetable soup is quite a bit salty and not much vegetables (not a big fan of mushroom roots)in it.

Went there for Sunday dinner. Wanted to go to Piccadilly brunch but it was fully booked but the Fulham one was not so busy. We had bim tong ping pong kinda dish and it was delicious. Fresh ingredients with nice and tender beef.
Cucumber kimchi was amazing. Crispy and tasty.
In general all food we had there was worth trying.
Definitely will go back there again.

I lived in Seoul for 6 years and this place brought me back to a very good memories. We had almost the same experience as we had in Korea, the place, the plates and the vibes. The food was a bit different than the original Korean food but it was good in general. Unfortunately, the service was so bad they are understaffed.

really liked that they serve three banchan for a start. (seaweed salad, shredded turnips and bean sprouts - all of them were good!) garlic soy chicken was a bit dry, but soft tofu soup was good.

Contemporary West African Fusion Restaurant in the Heart of Knightsbridge

We really wanted to love this restaurant and we try to support good African restaurants where we can. We sadly left disappointed though - and Isibani has a long way to go before it can meaningfully compete with the likes of, say, Stork.

The interior was underwhelming - no mood lighting, the tables were uncomfortably close together, and the physical menu was on tired card. Had the feel of a casual/ lunch spot (despite the high end price point).

The food was very tasty, well presented and the mains (egusi and fisherman's soup) were reasonably priced (esp. for the area). My partner's egusi arrived cold however and my starter (the Oxtail on tea bread) was overpriced for what it was. Also odd there are no cocktails or mocktails.

The waitresses made it difficult for us to settle - and made us borderline unomfortable. Lots of anxiously buzzing around tables and some comments which seemed impatient and dismissive.

My partner's never going back - but I'd return because I think they need more time to find their feet and develop a better sense of their unique offering to the scene. If you're going manage expectations.

On Thursday evening,  we celebrated a friend's birthday at Isibani. There were 15 of us so we had to order ahead of time and we tasted a bit of several things on the menu. I just wanted to mention that planning was smooth and the manager was helpful in suggesting several choice of food options and drinks for the party.  The dishes are cooked with care and served well. The flavours are well balanced. As we took the entire first floor, we were left to our own devices and the music up there was acrobats.  The staff really went out of their way to make the evening great. For small events, this is a place to go. Use the upper floor as it has a terrace you can use for pre-dinner drink.. The bill is definitely honest.

Our experience at Isibani Restaurant was one for the books! Right from the first phone call, Isibani provided a unique, warm, and world-class service that would be hard to compare with any other establishment of similar heights and calibre. The ambience and atmosphere truly in touch with the West African spirit, meant that the group had a glorious time—and the food (served by their amazing staff) was in essence an elevation and re-invention of old and new flavours borne out of Nigeria and beyond.

All to say, this restaurant comes highly recommended, and it exceedingly justifies itself as word-of-mouth sensation!

I had never tasted African food before. I have been here in London for about 3 months and some colleagues took me to Isibani just to taste African cuisine. I must say that the flavours are unusual but very good. I had some meat dishes (suya) and I liked them very much. Prices OK.

I had the pleasure of dining at Isibani, the food was outstanding. The perfect blend of flavours and textures made for an amazing dining experience.

Everything was amazing. The sweet and sour garlic wings were a favorite in our group. The fish was really great. The server guided to excellent items and all the food was super tasty. Loved it!  Nice mood and decor.

My husband & I went to this restaurant for lunch - 23/11/2022-Thursday. We were surprised by the authentic, Malaysian dishes. All the dishes were super delicious 😋. And the server will very helpful, pleasant and welcoming. Thanks to the great service. So much so, today - 25/11/2022 - Friday, my husband went back again for lunch and takeaway for me. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing chicken satay and salad, definitely the dish to try. The chicken is very tender, together with the satay sauce is just amazing.

The noodles is a bit salty to the end but still tasty. Nasi lemak is different to the ones we tried elsewhere, this version is dry, I think we prefer the ones with curry in it.

Overall good food, something new in the corner around this area, everyone is super friendly and helpful.

The laksa noodles were the best in town for sure. Incredibly fragrant the rich flavours and a generous portion.

Roti canai was pretty good too, they were flaky and buttery. Lovely with the complementary chicken curry.

The char kway teow and nasi cam cam fish were slightly less impressive compared to other dishes.

All in all, we were pleased with the food and would definitely come back again.

The hottest place to go in Queens Park NW6.

Aromatic aromas and flavours of Malaysia limes coconut chillies and a range of meat fish and Tofu veg dishes.

The staff are friendly and cannot do enough.

The decor is extremly smart and window seats cosy.

Beef dishes very tasty and filling nice teas  cocktails.

Simply excellent sushi and sashimi! Fresh fish, right amount and texture of rice. I absolutely love this place. My family places regular order from here and they always prepare everything neatly.

The app offers a slightly better price than the competition with loyalty programs and weekly promotion, I highly recommend it!

I’ve been ordering from this place regularly for about a year and have been very happy with the quality. However, on the last two occasions I’ve noticed that the quality has deteriorated. I could tell straight away just by looking at it that the sushi simply wasn’t fresh. I tried some and it didn’t taste good. The rest I just threw in the bin. So that’s about £40 wasted. Once I can can accept as an aberration but not twice. Unfortunately they’ve lost my custom. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Bad really bad indeed,if you don’t have a good attitude just don’t open ,can you believe ordered a chicken ramen noodle without noodles and chicken? Only the soup?  And give me wrong sushi too, and last but no least, the wrong sushi even got a funny smell, my girl can’t even give it a bite! Terrible!  Just really mad!

When I want sushi, I can always depend on You Me Sushi. They're my go-to place because they serve fresh sushi and the flavors are amazing! The staff is super friendly and on it when I need anything. I, highly, recommend this place if you're craving sushi! Keep doing what you do You Me Sushi!

We have recently improved our processes to remove mirin (alcohol) from our preparation process. All our chicken tempura is halal but our chicken gyoza is not halal.

This restaurant advertise that they are offering a 50% discount in the ‘eat out to help out’ government scheme, but when your bill arrives they disclose the discount they are offering is only 10% per head. 
They also server gone off hummus, which implies it is not made fresh daily, rather it sits in a vat in the kitchen for days being served to customers.

We ordered a few dishes including Salad Olivieh, Special Chicken and lastly Ghormeh Sabzi which I have to say is among the best I have tried! Absolutely delicious, everything was freshly prepared and authentic. The customer service was impeccable and I shall be telling everyone about this fantastic eatery in future. Five stars! Merci!

I ordered 2x chicken Katsu curries and a YouMe Nigiri box. The hot food was absolutely fantastic! Me and my mum were so full up that we had to eat the Sushi the next day. The sushi was also fantastic! Amazing portions and good prices for the quality of food. I will definately be ordering from here more often!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Visited the store on Wednesday 12th January 2022 and had a hair in my sushi at the Wembley London Designer Outlet Store.

We had placed a large order consisting of the following: 2 Vegan Dragon Rolls, 1 Vegetable Gyoza, 6 Salmon Nigiri and 2 Salmon Maki

In the Salmon Nigiri, there was a hair in between the salmon and the rice which we found. We took photographs which were sent to the store upon request.

We also called the store and spoke to a lady there who apologised and said she would replace the dish (considering the salmon pieces were all in one dish), when we were to come to the store next.

I visited the store on Friday 14th January 2022 to collect the plate and was told that I could not as I was supposed to come back on the same day, then I was told I should have come back by Thursday. This is absolutely unacceptable as I was not told this on the phone. I live 5-10 minutes away from the store, which means I could have gone earlier if this was a requirement, however, it was not something told to me.

In addition, I spoke to the manager of the store over the phone and he claimed the above, following that he would need to review the CCTV footage as “we have microphones on all of our cameras too”, possibly as though he was trying to scare me into believing that I misunderstood what I was clearly told on the phone.

I was also told that I should’ve brought back the sushi and the hair to the store, but the employee I spoke to did not ask me to do so. The manager also claimed that I may be trying to claim free sushi, this is unacceptable to say to a customer.

I then emailed their customer service making them aware of the situation, they forwarded the email on and on Wednesday 19th January 2022 I had received a call from the manager who was extremely rude and refused to listen to anything I had to say as he was too busy claiming that anyone can put a piece of hair in their sushi. He then claimed certain employees were working that day, some had no hair, but where did the hair come from then? Even though, there was a woman at the store who I spoke to on the phone. For me, it’s not about the money of a plate of sushi, it is what is morally correct and that would have been for him to apologise for the hair and offer a plate of sushi when I was to come next. But as expected following my call with him in the store the previous week, he was adamant that he was correct and was explaining to me that every single person could do this. After 10 minutes of listening to him drone on about this, I decided to get on with my day and write this review so others are aware of the incompetence of the management at this store.

I am utterly disappointed with the service I have received from You Me Sushi.

Comfortable place with friendly and quick-to-serve staff. Very clean and food is placed in a way where you can see the variety that they have to offer. Sushi is fresh and chilled; the spicy California rolls taste amazing! Highly recommend.

Ordered a poké bowl on Uber eats and it was much bigger and tastier than expected, great value for money!

I would highly recommend the sushi from here, it was extremely fresh, well priced but most importantly the place was very clean and the customer service was excellent. So polite and patient with my child who kept changing his mind.

Chinese restaurant serving popular rice and noodle dishes

Although the chef are not Chinese, the meals are quite Chinese and delicious. The noodles and prawn are very nice. The duck is well cooked and yet the sauce is a bit too salty (acceptably level)
All in all, it is recommended if you’d like some oriental cuisine.

I didn't expect a lot from an airport restaurant, but this one really knocked it out of the park.
Super tasty food served so quick that we had everything on the table in six minutes.
The portion sizes were great too, none of us went out of here hungry.

A special thanks needs to be given to the staff, every single one of them was kind and welcoming, and we didn't even need to ask for chili oil or soy sauce, everything was brought directly to the table.

Big shout-out to our server Lloyd, he was absolutely amazing.
My personal recommendation: If he refers something to you, you should try it. The bubble tea here is a 10/10

Excellent dining experience at Heathrow terminal 2. Turn right after you get through security . Great dim sum! Great service. We felt like we weren’t even at the airport! One of the best airport restaurants I’ve ever been to.

I always thought airport restaurants usually set a low bar in terms of food quality, taste and service, but Shan Shui has completely changed my opinion. The service was amazing, with the reception walking you to the table while talking through the dishes and the food arriving fairly quickly. I went for the Nasi Goreng going by her recommendation and it was a good choice. The pricing was great and the atmosphere was amazing.

Highly recommended!

Owner was a very nice guy and they take preventative measures towards covid like checking temperatures.

The reason for the 3 star is the fact I just ordered food and you slapped a receipt in front of all of my freinds and told us to leave as the two hour limit was up. Why did you allow us to order food if you then wanted us gone?

I completely understand that you are busy and have a small establishment however it would maybe make sense to get customers to hold food orders if they are near there limit?

The customer service was very good!! The staffs were very friendly and helpfull. Even their sisha was very nice and the coal was changed regurarly without having to ask them. It was nice too see how they look after their customers. The Noa burger is a must try as it is full of flavours!! This place is worth you money🙌🏻🙌🏻

Great experience on our last night of freedom! Was lucky to get a table but shouts to the lads for managing to sort us out a table. Well worth the 45 minute wait. Will definitely be visiting after lockdown is up!

One of the best shisha we've had! The main positive was that the service was quick & friendly. Coal changes were swift and without asking. Staff were brilliant and went with their recommendation. Great little place and worth every penny!

Atmosphere is great, the food is lovely and the staff are all so lovely. It really is a home away from home run by 2 brothers whom you can tell have put their heart and soul into the place. Book before you go, it gets busy (and for good reason)

Recommended to me by a Malaysian colleague, I went with my boyfriend for dinner. We were very happy with the food, especially the oxtail soup, the aubergine in sweet curry and the lamb korma. We also ordered the coconut rice and the seafood fried rice -very tasty as well. We'll have to come back for dessert another time.

The food was amazing, the soft drinks are a little pricey, the venue is nice and immaculate, there service is brilliant and the team were catering to all my needs they were flexible with menu and really helpful allowing me to feed my child in a private room, the food was efficient in time being served. Had a lovely experience. Will recommend and go back again. Full halal menu and also a designated prayer room.

Excellent and authentic Malaysian food. All the dishes were prepared and cooked very well, bursting with flavour. We especially enjoyed the chicken satay, which was very flavourful and nicely charred. The roti was nice and flaky and the beef rendang was very tender. Would recommend for a great Malaysian feast!

The food here was delicious. The workers were amazing young people. I went at an extremely busy time and they courteously explained to me and personally to others too that their food might take longer because of the crowd. I saw them check in with folks intermittently. Ultimately, the food did not take an unreasonable amount of time to get out. I see why this place is popular! If you're reading this review, make up your mind already and give this a shot!

Felt like a home cooked dinner - brilliant food and warm friendly service. Highly recommend the beef rendang and spicy tomato Chicken curry.

I will definitely be returning and eat more of the satay goreng!

The food was good! Loved the extra hot Nandos chicken. We ordered a whole chicken platter which came woth 4 regular sides and it was more than enough for two people. Loved the variety of sauces and bottomless drinks.

However, the service was a bit slower than expected! We waited for a long time for the food to arrive!! Anyway, the flavour of the chicken was awesome 👍

QUALITY 5/5 Usual great Nandos quality however, was very surprised by the small size of the Sunset burger. See photo. Rainbow slaw was very nice. VIBE 4/5 Casual dining, friends meeting place. This is a small branch with limited tables. TOILETS Need a refurb and a decent clean. SERVICE 5/5 Friendly and attentive. Everything available and all requests fulfilled with ease.

Nando’s and Deliveroo should not be working together. Absolute shambles. Over half an hour to get my food, and a snappy delivery guy because I couldn’t find my delivery code. I ordered lemon and herb chicken, and was shocked when I found the sauce comes in sachets to pour over. Surely you cook with the sauce, not pour it on already cold food. Microwave or no microwave, it doesn’t change anything. The meat was dry, and I didn’t enjoy my takeaway one bit. My local peri peri does better job, and cheaper too. Avoid.

We visited on the day of the Championship Play Off Final, and despite high demand for tables, the staff were excellent and treated everyone brilliantly. Food was great as always, but dealing with such high numbers of customers and still giving excellent customer service has to be commended

Really good service and quick food. Typical Nandos experience which was surprising given two large gigs on that day at the arena and stadium. Can't fault it.

We have 385 restaurants, 72 of which serve only Halal chicken and are signposted both in the restaurant and online. A small proportion of chicken sold in our other restaurants may also be Halal.

All of the chicken in our restaurants is halal. If you would like to see our supplier’s halal certificate please ask your server when you arrive. Halal products are stored separately with strict processes in place to stop cross-contamination. Halal chicken items are handled with separate utensils and gloves. Fried halal chicken burgers and wings do not share fryers with any non-halal items. Grilled halal chicken breast burgers are cooked on a reserved area of the grill separated by a grill divider. We do not offer halal beef at any of our restaurants.

I recently visited for lunch and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The welcoming atmosphere and the ambiance create the perfect dining experience. The food was mouth-watering and exceeded my expectations to be honest. Our server, Munna was incredibly polite and friendly, always making sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I must give a special mention to his attentiveness - he was always on top of things ensuring that we had a smooth experience. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and I would certainly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food and excellent service.

Arrived there for dinner with my family as a bit of a last minute decision. We were escorted downstairs to a really unique and wonderful dining room! The food was great overall, standouts being the beef ribs, truffle pasta (amazing) and the the banana wrapped in kadayif (think a kunefe with banana), also the onion rings!
On an honest note, it's certainly on the pricier end. Things like starters and desserts just sit £2-3 over an ideal price point. Then main dishes like the biryani are priced around £20 -35. At that price I would've like to see a larger portion that would be good for sharing. I would definitely go back, they've only just opened, and after a chat with their super friendly manager, he gave me the feeling that prices and menu would be adjusted over time to make it a more accessible, regular spot for as many people as possible. At the moment for me personally, it's more of a special occasion kind of place, which is still fine!

The food was okay. They didn't have several items available at it was a Saturday night and only 6pm. The Angus burger was quite good, really juicy but the bottom bun completely fell apart as soon as it was served to us. The ribs were melt in your mouth (a little sweet and maybe needed more smokiness). The prawns were very average, but the tempura mushrooms were a highlight (esp the sauce that comes with). Banana fritter dessert was very nice. I had made a request for a celebration but what they provided was quite disappointing. Several other tables weren't too happy and one large group left before ordering as so many dishes were unavailable. Service was terribly slow and unattentive.

Went there for early dinner with a group of ladies on a weekday .Staff was very welcoming and polite. Priscilla & Brittany was amazing. Beautiful place , great food and delicious desserts especially the Fried Banana Fritters! A must try!!
Will go back again for lovely food and mocktails.

The place has a unique ambience. We loved the Mediterranean feeling of being in a well lit cave.

The food was scrumptious and fresh. Most delicious for me was the white prawn starter and the beef Udon noodles. Kids loved the steaks and lasagna

Knowing it was 100% halal just added to our comfort.

For those of you who don’t know @cuepointldn have started doing Sunday roasts now but with brisket! And I think there’s a choice to have with smoked short rib too! 

Okay so it comes with roast veggies such as the onion, garlic, potatoes, parsnip I think there was & I’m sure there were carrots too & then ofc the Yorkshire pudding & the green stuff. Also the gravy was amazing & the jalapeño jam in the little tub as well was just insane with this, I have no words. 

Also the cauliflower cheese as well? Perfectly seasoned, solid amount of cheese & bechamel sauce so it’s not too rich or anything it’s just very well balanced & a beautiful side to have with your roast.

They do take walk ins but you defo should book online via their website for the Sunday roast to avoid a disappointment in your journey to risk walking in for this dish particularly!

I am 1000% certain if you do go here & try it you’ll be thanking me after

The food really was most excellent - Sunday lunch for 5 of us and we all agreed it was one of the best meals we’d had recently. The guys at The Cricket Pavilion were the nicest too

We visited for dinner on a Saturday evening. The menu was very limited, being comprised of a choice of 3 burgers (brisket, fried chicken, or veggie) plus a list of various sides that included chicken wings. They did also offer a kids menu with 3 choices. We went for the brisket burgers, plus fries and wings. The brisket was excellent, so much so that we ordered (and finished) a second burger each! The sides were decent as well. It did some time for the food to arrive though. Pricing seemed reasonable, we spent around £75 for our large meal plus 2 kids meals and a couple of drinks.

After being hyped up by some publications online – including being featured on a list of London’s hottest restaurants – I think it is worth mentioning that this is just a pop-up located in the bar of a cricket club. The atmosphere is more of a casual pub than a restaurant. Most people seated around us were there just for drinks. Orders for food must be placed at the bar. There are a few tables inside, but most seating is on benches outdoors. And as mentioned, the menu is quite limited. Having tried their meal kits twice before, I know there is a bigger selection of good food on offer from these guys, so I do hope they eventually open a proper restaurant. But in the meanwhile, this is still a good place to visit for a quick burger or some takeaway.

This place was really cool. Its located inside a cricket social club. The meat nacos was really well cooked and the vegan option had so many flavours. Didn't give it 5 as I had the tamarind wings which were okay, but the batter was too crunchy and bland for my preferences of battered wings. Would go again here and also watch a cricket match at the same time :)

High quality, friendly service (both personal and corporate!) and the food is AMAZING. I have tried to Naco kit and would highly recommend. You’d be a fool not to!

Started off on the wrong foot when we arrived at the wrong time after we read that they were open however they had just recently changed their opening times but due to their kindness and gracefullness they decided to come in and cook for us having travelled over an hour to try their menu. A super unique and creative menu cultivated on their own take of their own personal cuisines. HALAL brisket buns! Tripple cooked wedges and cheese stuffed pakoras! A truly unique and un rivaled expirience. Almost no complaints other than the fact that the brisket could have been a little more juicy (maybe i just didn't get the fatty cuts). The bun was soft and slightly sweet, the brisket had a strong smokey, black pepper taste and was fully stuffed! It also comes with a special chilli jam although I opted for otherwise. The pakoras were amazing just as they sound and the triple cooked wedges had stolen the show. Perfectly crispy, well seasoned and oh so soft inside. The wings were good but not enough to blow my socks off unfortunately.

The couple behind Cuepoint are two beautiful human beings who gave us an almost gourmet expirience, we spoke about food and culture and family and their vision for cue point. A tremendous couple with a superb menu. They went above and beyond because its not just about food and money for them, you can tell its far more than that. I wish them all the best and its a shame I haven't been able to order since with all whats going on in the world. I can't wait and I wish them all the best, I can't recommend Cuepoint any higher but I have to note the food might not come with the same gourmet treatment.

Free Parking available in the vicinity. Went at Lunch Time it wasn’t busy with my daughter and saw other young parents with young children there. Staff seat us right away - clean table and seat. Ordered food easily on the counter staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Food came within few mins and it was prepared nicely and temperature was good. Toilet facilities were clean and new by the looks of it. They had cold peach tea option and that was delicious!

We recently visited Nando's at the Park Royal branch and had the pleasure of being served by Mohammed. I must say, his service was exceptional. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our entire dining experience. His warm demeanor added to the overall enjoyment of my meal. I highly recommend Mohammed for his excellent service at Nando's. Thanks so much  :)

I have been here and was served well.
Today however I went in to buy the chicken wings as a quick meal before work. I requested well done chicken wings and asked if they can do them well done on both sides of the  wings. The chicken wings were ready in about 3 minutes. I left. When I was on my way, I opened to check the wing, to my surprise, they were barely grilld chicken but cooked. I wasn't happy about this. Took some pictures. Got home tried to eat them, but it was not good for grilled chicken. I had to put them in the grill. I contacted the Manager, I was told to email and attach the pictures. I did this, I got an email stating that they will  not proceed with my complaint if I don't send both sides of the chicken wings. (Now remember that I asked for them to be grilled both sides). The reason I knew I have half grilled wings is because one of them was not cooked either side. For 5 wings costing £6.50, the price of 2 whole chickens in store, you would expect them to be special. Anyway to cut the long story. I called to check if they received a picture of the other side of the chicken. I was put on hold and told that the managers are busy and that I should call back another day. Now this is for £6.50. I should call them again, really. Very poor customer service. Just not going there again. Principles over money.

Mamasons Dirty Ice Cream (Westfield London)

Mamasons dirty ice cream Westfield. It’s my second time in Mamasons. The first one I’ve tried was in Mamasons China town in London it was nice experience. I went to Westfield Mamasons because I miss the halo-halo(mix mix) yes for the first timer who eat halo halo one tip is you should mix your halo halo properly and give it a stir so you will achieve the perfect creamy taste of halo halo.  The place was good because it is located in the middle of Westfield you can hang out here and sit down with your friends and family while you enjoying your  halo halo. The staff are friendly and the place is clean. They have a lot of stuff including their ice cream. I haven’t taste the rest but I will in My next visit.  The nearest tube  station to Westfield station are wood lane and white city from there it is a short walk.

We have tried HaloHalo which is combination of ice cream, corn-flex, compote, cream caramel and many other things. It’s very unique and taste good (too sugary for me).
Baklava and Black coconut ice-cream was also nice.
Cons are; Too much food colouring inside everything.
Also the sitting area was not clean. Tables were dirty and sticky. Staff should clean them regularly.

Mamasons ice cream is fantastic, delicious, one of the best and most unique flavours of ice cream you can try, I will recommend you try it. The issue is always the long queues and by the time you get served, they ran out of what you wanted. This location, the service is very slow, expect to wait 10-15 before getting served even for a scoop of ice cream. The weekend can be really busy.

I had the bilog which is a pandesal bun like a sweet bread toasted with ice cream in the middle. I had the ube ice-cream flavour which is like a sweet potato and taste like a sweet milky ice cream. It isn't overly sweet and I was able to eat the whole thing easily. I would have it again and try the other dessert like milkshakes next time. Staff friendly, a small area for seating.

Another outlet of the famous Filipino Mamasons Dirty Ice-cream. The ube bilog is a firm favourite, along with Halo Halo and Calimansi- ade. All tasty and refreshing, perfect after a days shopping or dealing with crowds in Westfield. It's situated on ground floor just below the food hall section by the escalator.

All our menu items are suitable for a halal diet.

Parker's Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel, London

One of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had in London, even 1 star is too much for them!!

Myself and a friend ordered the Cheetos mac n cheese, beef burger and fries. They only brought the mac n cheese (which was tasteless - the only flavour was from the Cheetos). About half an hour later still no sign of the rest of our order. Different waiters/waitresses kept coming and asking us if anything was missing! Then when we told them what was missing  they said they would go and check.

The supposed ‘assistant manager’ who also came over several times was extremely unprofessional, she was telling us about her personal life at home, sorry but keep that to yourself! When we asked her about the burger she told us it was sitting in the kitchen and was probably cold by now so would ask them to make another one! She also apologised for the delay and said this was due to the soft opening and that the waiters were inexperienced Indians which she had to deal with on a daily basis! We could not believe such racial language from a member of staff about their colleagues, she should be ashamed of herself!

Another half an hour later still no sign of any burger but miraculously the next table got their burger and they sat down after us! By this time we were fed up and told the waiter to forget the rest of the order and that we were leaving.

Having heard about our discontent, the ‘manager’ rushed over and was very apologetic and said we were welcome to come back whenever we wanted, to try the Matilda cake on the house (which by the way we were told was sold out on the day but saw about 5 plates being carried out to different tables, one of which we were told was the family of the restaurant owner! So you pick and choose which customers can order things on the menu, unbelievable!). The manager told us just to message her beforehand to get our table ready well surprise surprise, we messaged her yesterday morning (a couple of weeks after our first visit) and received absolutely no response!

If you think this level of service is acceptable then you really do not know anything about hospitality! I do not usually leave such bad reviews but I had to share my experience with others as you do not deserve one penny. How Jumeirah can have such a restaurant as part of their hotel is beyond me.

Avoid at all costs!!

Appalling service. Sold out of Matilda Cake yet bloggers were there claiming plenty of free food including many items which were told as sold out.

Food is extremely overpriced for what is offered. Definitely not comparable to the Parkers in Dubai!

First and last time we will try this restaurant. We came only for dessert and coffee. First of all there are no pleny of choices. The karak was not hot enough. There was no professionalism in serving the dessert. The spoons are very big for the dessert.

Try the wagyu sandwich and the lemon chicken. Exceptional food and service. Love the location as well. Matilda cake for chocolate lovers is a must!

Came all the way from Manchester to try Matilda cake was sold out and very disappointed with customer service. Parkers Dubai better.

Service is great! Staff are all very friendly alway greeted with a smile. Food is good but the reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is because of the amount of insects they have flying around, not sure if this is part of the experience but it’s super annoying!

Went in at 9:50pm and was told it’s only takeaway which was not a problem we were happy to take it home and eat. The chef was huffing while we were making the order the more we ordered (4 meals) then was told by the person taking the order that we should have arrived earlier.. okay no problem but then why not just say sorry the kitchen is closed? We are paying customers not exactly taking the food for free. Came home to find the chicken completely burnt as you can see in the pictures. Really not worth the £48 spent. Avoid.

No dog are allowed outside in seating area . It’s outside !!!! That crazy ,  no one was  sitting outside to eat . It was empty . My dog is a therapy dog and travels in a dog buggy on and off  . !!!
Anyway we decided to order take way , the person  I was with , went in side I stood in the shade with my dog , I was close to seating area but not that close .
My friend who went in side to order the food, a member of Nando’s staff in side ask her to call me and get the dog away from the property.
I couldn’t not believe it.  He was outside in his buggy, there was no one around. Can someone from Nando’s head office please explain why on a warm day did my dog have to leave shade were Nando’s seating was and go stand under a tree? Also was it necessary for member of staff to  ask for us to remove the dog . We were paying customers and deserve respect not treated like we did something wrong . Repetitively kept asking for us to move the dog . It outside and he in a dog buggy . Who was I harming .  It’s a therapy dog!!!

I am a regular here. I love this place! And this nandos is specific. I can always get a table, whether it’s a weekday or weekend. If we do ever have an issue, they are always happy to resolve it. Safe to say, this is my favourite and only nandos I will go to!

The best Nando’s I’ve ever had, and I’m South African! The food was 10/10, and the service from the staff and manager were 15/10. A truly wonderful experience all round, would highly recommend.

Super delicious food, everything was made super fresh.
The Pad Thai was super flavourful and the prawns and vegetable rolls were super crisp.
The atmosphere is super cozy and pretty inside, with the staff super attentive to make sure your happy with your service. I was served by Rohit and his service was amazing.
Will definitely be back!

Amazing place I love it here the staff are always friendly the atmosphere is nice. The food is great good portions and I love the 2 for 1 drinks. I love the vegan options here so much verity and clearly labelled vegan on the menu.

Really tasty great quality food. The quality of food was fresh fruit juices were freshly squeezed. Elijah and Elvin provided a great service.

Top notch coconut icecream. Good value for money considering the quality of food provided. But for a family of 4 with student discount and kids eat free was about £60. Lost a start as dont take cash.

Beautiful food. Good portions, couldn't finish my main. Would come again.

Good selection of food and drinks. If you like cocktails this is the place for you! I wish we had one of these back home. Definitely recommend a visit
