Is KFC King’s Cross Halal?
Yes, KFC does serve Halal food. The owner of the restaurant said "HFA has certified KFC's products in these stores, and the store environments, as halal. KFC has also ensured that the halal certified chicken would also meet the rigorous animal welfare standards employed in the UK, and has consulted leading animal welfare groups about this. KFC insists that all poultry is stunned before slaughter. HFA allows the use of a technique called 'stun-to-stun' - a pain free process that makes the animal insensible to pain and suffering. A verse is also recited from the Quran at the point of slaughter by an appropriate person and the poultry will not come into contact with non-halal meat at any point in the supply chain. KFC only buys high quality, Grade A, farm-assured chicken from trustworthy suppliers, and this will not change."

Waited over an hour then given undercooked chips and raw chicken wings. Absolutely disgusted! If you’re busy and overstretched, I just don’t understand why you’d continue accepting orders? You could temporarily stop taking orders, whether takeaway or via delivery apps. I really fail to understand why KFC would do this and send undercooked food in a hurry - this is dangerous when handling chicken in particular!

This was a typical KFC store. The staff are efficient and quick. The food tastes good. I did not like the fact that they don't accept American express cards. The size of the store is small and it is busy, considering the location. Therefore, when you order you have to stand aside: that was a bit awkward. Otherwise, it is a good store

7 October 2022 arrived at around 1020pm. Bouncer on the door was possibly the rudest most obnoxious person I have ever met in my life. Looked at every person arriving like they were scum. The place never had more than 10 people inside, so why was he blocking people coming in and acting like he was some sort of God? On this alone I for one will never ever go to this KFC again and anyone that ignores the above cannot say they have not been warned. You do not go to a KFC for a bouncer to try and intimidate all its customers, just not on.

Average at best ... delivery time was okay (?) about half an hour, although I was based only 10 minutes walk away ... food wasn't great, KFC usually have small portions, so no change from that here. One of the chicken pieces was over-cooked - also, they forgot my drink, so I let them know, and they said they will "investigate" (lol) this issue ... still waiting on their outcome a week later :)
