Online order. It took 1 hour for the delivery guy to leave the restaurant and when called, they said the delivery just left and I should get the food in like 5-10 min... Which is impossible considering the distance (30 min by car). I get the half hour after the phone call considering the distance, but dude, say that instead of "it will be 5-10 min"... And 1 hour for the delivery to leave the restaurant seems extreme... If it's that busy, either don't take more orders or have someone to call people to tell them about the delay... I mean, if a restaurant is actually trying to give a good service that's what is usually done. It would have been better to just allow Uber delivery to do the delivery instead of having someone from the restaurant who would take that long just to leave the restaurant with the order...
