It’s complemented by a soft, slightly sweet brioche bun that holds its own without falling apart, and the signature rosemary salted chips are nothing short of legendary. They are the gold standard against which all other fries should be measured. Beyond the impeccable food, the entire experience is polished and welcoming. The Borough location has a great, buzzy vibe that feels both energetic and comfortable. The service is consistently efficient and genuinely friendly, striking the perfect balance between being attentive and giving you space to enjoy your meal. They clearly have their system down to a science, from the kitchen to the front of house. For a reliably brilliant burger, incredible chips, and a hassle-free, satisfying meal every single time, Honest Burgers remains utterly unmatched. It is the definition of a solid favourite.

Standard burger restaurant experience. Food was good for the price. Just lacked anything to make it stand out and want you to go there again. Good if you're looking for a quick bite to eat. I just had the sides as a meal and food was good but nothing out of this world. Service was a little lacking in terms of checking food was ok.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely poor – staff were inattentive, unprofessional, and seemed overwhelmed even though the place wasn’t full. The food was below average: bland, cold, and definitely not fresh. What made things worse was the pricing scam – the final bill included items we never ordered, and the prices were higher than what was listed on the menu. When we questioned it, the staff were rude and unhelpful. This place is clearly taking advantage of customers. I would not recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs.
