La Moda New Malden

This restaurant is so nice beautiful place when you enter very classy, staff are so amazing especially a girl called Niki she was so lovely and made sure we got our food in time provided us with everything we needed she was so friendly and had such a nice smile lovely girl.. all the staff are great very nice welcoming friendly place I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning

So on the 29th of October 2021 I travelled 1 hour just to try this food. Food was nice and hospitality before the incident was very good. However when we had paid and exited the building. A small Asian lady followed us and demanded to show us the receipt as if we had just walked out and not paid. I felt really embarrassed as we had paid the whole bill and she started acting like we had not. I do understand this is a new business however staff members should not act like this and embarrass me and my family.

It was my first time going to la moda and it was actually a surprise birthday gathering and not knowing what the place would be like, honestly the moment I walked in I felt the warmth of the place with amazing staff so cheerful so comfy their menu is just amazing I loved their karak tea as I am a person that loves my tea and their Shisha honestly not complained once it was just going and going with the flavours still going. Their decor oh my god I couldn’t stop myself taking pictures in every corner because of how beautiful they are. I highly recommend to visit this place if you don’t honestly you are missing out. Sufi you are amazing at what you do.
