Taylor was exceptional! I've never had customer service like it in quite a while. He was always checking up on us, asking how our food was, taking away any plates so we were able to enjoy the rest of our food without scraps on our table. He was lovely and so polite. 10/10 service from Taylor!! :)

Delivery: Getting pretty fed up of either having to request sauces by calling beforehand and it not being fulfilled, or staff telling me they don’t give out sauces for deliveries. Orders via delivery are significantly more expensive than dining at 1 of their restaurants. At their restaurant, condiments are free, as is pretty standard w/ most. W/ deliveries, I’ve frequently been told they don’t provide free condiments. Paying more, but can’t provide basic condiments that they give for free when dining in? Make it make sense. 1 star.

I’m not sure if this is the right location. I didn’t realize there were so many close to where we were staying. But I’m sure my comments hold true for all. Last evening, our family of six ventured to Nando's for the first time, and it was an absolute delight. Accompanied by my nephew and niece, the experience was memorable from start to finish. Upon arrival, the unique ordering system caught our attention - a simple scan of the QR code. Your order is placed, leaving you to eagerly anticipate the arrival of your meal. It's worth noting that you'll need to collect utensils and napkins from the central area, adding a touch of interactive charm to the dining experience. Once our food arrived, we were all thoroughly impressed. Opting for a meal for two, the portions were generous and the flavors were exquisite. However, the true highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the dessert. A decadent chocolate soft cake, served warm and accompanied by velvety ice cream, left us all craving for more. The service was exemplary - swift, efficient, and delivered with genuine warmth. Each staff member wore a smile, enhancing the overall atmosphere of hospitality. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Nando's for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience with family and friends. Located conveniently close to our Airbnb, I suggest either a leisurely stroll or a short ride on the underground, just a block or two away. Overall, our experience at Nando's was nothing short of exceptional, and I'm confident it will be the highlight of your group's culinary adventures as well.

I had a fantastic experience at Nando’s! The food was delicious as always, but what really stood out was the service. Juppe was absolutely excellent – super friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. It's not every day you come across someone who clearly enjoys what they do and goes the extra mile for customers. Thank you, Juppe, for making our visit even more enjoyable.
