Buns from Home is of the best recommendations I ever got for London. If you’re into buns: GO THERE! You need to go there! No matter how long you’ll have to wait in the queue, it’s worth it. Even if they appear to be more or less standards, get a cinnamon bun and a chocolate hazelnut one - these are incredibly amazing. Also cheesecake of one of my favorites. Other combinations, some of the specials, are a bit over the top, though. The combination of pistachio and orange sounded quite interesting and delicious, but in fact were an overload of taste and flavor. But that’s just my opinion, subjective and personal preferences. I never heard somebody saying anything negative about the shop. The staff is also quite friendly, even offered to take care of the rubbish. So again: go there!! Or better: Don’t go there otherwise the queues will be even longer soon because of the great products.

Got three buns - all so good and moreish. - pineapple cheesecake - regular cheesecake - vanilla custard (this was our favourite) The pastry was crispy but could have been lighter and the filling was super satisfying and hit the spot. Not too sweet but couldn’t finish a whole one by myself. They’re big!

These buns are so next level, that they may elicit tears of joy when you try them. I run of words to describe them. I can only remember what it feels like every time I have one of those decadent cinnamon buns, and it’s a feeling of pure happiness. But if I were to try, I would say it’s the warmth, the delicate crunchiness, the unique buttery sweetness, and the mix of flavors (whether it’s cinnamon, almond, or my all time favorite: the pistachio) that make them so extraordinary

Delicious buns!! I really enjoy the filled buns here, especially the all pistachio Persian weekend special bun from the other week. The filling is light and not too sweet or heavy. The pastry is a delicious vessel to carry the fillings and toppings. I wish they had the special buns of longer than 2 days each week. And that they have the filled buns on nationwide delivery.
