375 Chicken 'n Fries Central

Food was not as greasy as I thought. Which was good. Portions are slightly smaller than I thought but it's enough for most. The buffalo sauce chicken burger was good! And the fries were just right.

Small portions, inflexible on menu changes, cheap ingredients, staff slightly more impolite than normal for HK, chicken lightly fried in vegetable oil but not much taste. Charge extra for any sauce swap. Will not return. Pros: nice music / interiors / branding, chicken not too heavily fried Shake Shack offers the same products with higher quality and lower prices.

Good crunch and flavor. I enjoyed my burger. I wish I could just order the fried chicken used in the burger rather than their bite sized chick n pop if I just wanted chicken. I felt the chick n pops could use less sauce. Feels a tad bit expensive for the size of the burger but I get that they are using higher quality ingredients. The wait for my first burger felt like it was almost 15 minutes but the second one was only 5 minutes. The cashier tried to be helpful by telling me I picked up the wrong order but she forgot I had placed another order sometime ago… There are definitely areas in which they could improve their operational efficiencies (esp the broiler/assembly station) The eat-in area is HK sized and self service. They should either let customers know to clear their trays or be a bit more proactive in clearing the tables.
