Chaat Tsim Sha Tsui

Food was awesome both by taste and looks. It was clean. No delay in getting food served. But it needs booking 3 months ahead. If 6 or more people are dining then you are bound to go with chef's menu rather than À la carte. Not sure if they have outdoor dining. It's tough to get someone if you call and communication over phone was tough. For food I would have given 5 stars but getting hold of them was so tough(for any clarification)!. Hence 4 stars.

Excellent food and worth trying but they goofed up with the service more than once. Our appetiser arrived after the main course was served and that too with few reminders. When we completed our main course, we were told that desserts can’t be ordered now since kitchen is closed. Isn’t it a responsibility of the staff to inform guests to order before they close their kitchen? They tried to accommodate our request later but the damage was done. If we are required to make a reservation atleast 2 months in advance, least we expect would be professionalism. The chef was extremely helpful and gave us some great suggestions. The serving staff was warm and courteous too but just not efficient. Also we had to wait for 10-15 minutes after clearing everything and remind few times to get the food which was meant for takeaway. Food was absolutely brilliant but unfair to expect only the food to compensate for all the lapses in service and overall experience.

Fantastic service, setting and food delicious. Ramon especially took very good care of us
