I had high hopes for Tortilla, but it ended up being a huge disappointment. The food was bland, poorly prepared, and nowhere near fresh. The tortillas themselves were dry and tasted stale, while the fillings were either overcooked or barely seasoned. The portions were small for the price, and everything just felt slapped together without care. To make things worse, the service was terrible. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, and my order took way longer than it should have—even though the place wasn’t busy. When I finally got my food, it was wrong, and I had to wait even longer for them to fix it. No apology, no effort to make things right. For what they charge, I expected way better quality and service. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a decent meal.

I am regular visitor of this restaurant. Today the service standards were at its peak when I had noticed an elderly lady was helped in every possible way throughout her way. It was very nice gesture by the team.
