Delicious, authentic and inexpensive Chinese cuisine. We walked to the Islamic Centre from the Wan Chai area and easily found our way using Google maps. The canteen is located on one of the higher floors which can be accessed via the lift on the ground floor. Good tip: go early when the canteen is still quiet and food is being freshly served. Service was quick. We were seated upon arrival and handed a receipt and a menu. The receipt is for the server (at the dim sum station) to mark down your order. Head over to the Dim Station and tell the server which items you'd like (menu has English descriptions) - I recommend trying one of everything! Menu was very cheap in comparison to other dim sum restaurants. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the experience. There are male and female prayer halls on the lower floors, for Muslims who would like to pray. The canteen is open to people of all faiths. Enjoy!

At first want to try the famous dimsum but unfortunately we were late. So I tried rice noodle which was very delicious for me. The portion was more than enough for two peoples!

We went to this canteen twice during our stay in HK. Dim Sum was sold out during our first visit and service was prompt. However we had to queue for 15minutes for our second visit because it was Sunday but thank God we got to taste the dimsum. Love the food and would definitely come again.
