Gourmet Burger Kitchen Bayswater

The burger was nice the salad was great 🙆🏻‍♀️ I would come back to eat again

At the beginning, went to the till to order then was told to use the app instead. (Without any help from staff in order to get the loyalty points) The app which was terribly designed, with many barriers: especially ‘card management’. Adding orders was simple enough but paying at the end did not work, after trying several times. Went back to the till and staff didn’t know what to do and directed me to the manager, yet again. Manager tried to order on the app - did not work. 20 minutes after trying to order, went back to original point of putting order through till. Asked about putting student discount and said I had to use my phone. (Which was not working... which she knew) by this point I was getting tearful after countless barriers and said all I wanted was some lunch on my day off. Now I’m really annoyed - and the manager shrugged and said it’s not my fault as all the staff in the restaurant gathered around her. So I left. I don’t make a point of writing reviews, but this was severely poor, customer service was terrible. There was a severe case of “computer says no”. I will not be returning to the Bayswater branch after going to this restaurant for the last 10 years.
