I'm giving this pizza express 5 stars simply for the amazing waiter service from Ivan. He was very friendly, made us laugh and was respectful. He even noticed that one of my friends was missing her starter and immediately brought it to her. As this Pizza express is in a busy part of London its best to book a table in advance (they also ask when you get there if you've booked) We managed to get a booth for 4 of us at 12pm on a weekday but by the time we left it was packed.

Been there last night for a dinner,the place was almost empty,we were waiting quit long time for our starters ,when finally arrived was frozen cold,we haven't received any check back ,after we finished it took them 10 min to collect plates ,main meal was served quickly however again ,no check back,I would understand if the place was busy but as I said was almost empty,I have asked one of the guys on shift for a tap water and it took him 5 min to bring it to the table as he was too busy checking his phone behind the bar,slow service,no check backs,no intention of upselling,no question if we want any hot?/additional drink or dessert
