We recently visited for afternoon tea as a birthday and retirement treat from our best friends, and it was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we entered, the hotel’s luxurious decor and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for a truly special experience. The staff were professional, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel celebrated. The afternoon tea itself was exceptional. There was a wide selection of teas, perfectly made sandwiches, and delicate pastries that practically melted in the mouth. The warm scones were just the right size — filling but not overwhelming — and the cake trolley offered a tempting array of treats, including light ginger and classic Victoria sponge cakes. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making the occasion feel truly memorable. The combination of stunning presentation, high-quality food, and impeccable service created an experience we will always treasure. A heartfelt thank you for making the day so special!

We came recently for the afternoon tea as a birthday and retirement gift from our best friends. What an absolutely wonderful treat this was! As you walk into the hotel the atmosphere was friendly, decor was to another level of luxury. The staff were very professional, nothing was too much trouble and made a real fuss of us. The afternoon tea was out of this world! Firstly an extensive choice of tea. Excellent choice of sandwiches, small delicate pastries that melted in your mouth, lovely warm scones that although very filling were nice and petite followed by the cake trolly of light ginger or Victoria sandwich cake. It was such a special occasion and an experience I will always cherish - thank you

My wife and I had lunch here for the second time and just like last year everything was to perfection. We had a couple of drinks each at the magnificent Rivoli Bar and then headed for our 3 course lunch. We both had different starters, mains and desserts and they were fabulous. The dining room is just the most beautiful room to eat in, the ambience is incredible and we were looked after by Emilio, Victor, Koula and Enzo as if we were Royalty. We hope to return in another years time, in the meantime, keep safe all and keep up the exceptional work you all do, making it look so effortless when I know it just cannot be.
