If I could I would give 10 stars! Exceptional service! We went there to celebrate our anniversary ( I even got a rose ( the waiter secretly gave it to my partner to give it to me HOW NICE 😭) It was our first time here( as well hotpot) but wasn’t the last! Our server was very helpful, he explained everything, he was just amazing! The food was delicious well presented. LOVED IT!

The best and the most caring hotpot restaurant in London! Angela was really helpful and friendly, she helped us to taking the boiling bubbles out and filled the water whenever we needed. Also, the manager is really helpful, she helped us to book our table and we didn’t wait for too long. Bathrooms are clean, like 5 star hotels bathrooms. They even offered period pad in ladies bathroom. This is really considering for girls who had ‘emergency’.

Best place to have hot pot! Service and food are magnificent! Always love to come back every now and then to enjoy hot pot in these cold weather. Always happy with their customer service. I recommend to book in advance as it gets very busy and walk ins can be long for waiting. Looking forward to come every time I have the time to enjoy a nice meal.

Had the best time at Haidilao!!! The service is amazing and the food is great - you are so taken care of by the staff, especially thanks to Sana who was our waitress!! There’s a ton of free snacks and the food is very reasonable priced, with great atmosphere. would recommend!!!
