What’s up with their rude staff members? That one male chef is so arrogant and had no mask on. Fine I get it your inside the kitchen but why were customers with no mask allowed to enter the premises. Do they not understand the importance of keeping the place safe and that wearing a mask is essential. We used to go there every week before corona and the food was fantastic. The service was great with the female servers back then but now why did they replace them with this guy who lacks customer service skills. No greetings just straight rude and has a lot of attitude. The food is bland and it was a waste of money. Save the trip and don’t risk your health. They don’t take any corona precautions and take it personally when you tell them to wear a mask/gloves. Their kitchen is also open so customers coming inside without a mask risks spreading the virus to the kitchen/food.

Lhasa Fast Food delivers adventure and discovery at their Jackson heights location. Off the beaten path and tucked behind several stores selling cellphone accessories this cozy Tibetan restaurant transports you to another place for the cost of a MTA trip and a plate of dumpling. The standout dish at Lhasa are their hand made Momo dumpling. Piping hot, filled to the edges and powerfully flavored they should not be missed. The soups and noodles are strong podium dishes that should not be missed on an initial trip. This is a special restaurant that deserves its journey and experience, take the trip today.

Shows lot of customer discrimination towards particular races. They will give more preference and hospitality to only white & Asian customers. They ignore and speak very rude towards black and brown customers. I witnessed this multiple times during my visits. Asian (Tibetan) owned restaurant. I suggest to boycott this restaurant and let these people teach some humanitarian values.

I have few reasons why I’m giving a one star because the behavior of the employers are disgusting. The chef was not wearing a mask or a hair cap. They don’t warn their employees and customers to wear a mask. They also don’t tell people to practice social distancing. Not even wear gloves. There was no signs or warnings at all. They leave their restaurant door open. Like seriously?! I used to come here all the time. Now there are new employees and they are very disrespectful. The food tasted really horrible. It even tasted really old. This is how virus spreads. If you want your family to be safe, I recommend no one to come here. As a food critic, I’m very disappointed about this place.
