Tortilla Kingston

In the bentalls centre on the 1st floor this nice little eatery has quick service and plenty of seating or you can get it to takeaway. Lots of fillings and sauces to choose from and a loyalty card system makes this great place for a bite to eat while out shopping. I've been here a few times and never had anything to grumble about and the staff have always been pleasant and helpful on choosing fillings.

I ordered off Deliveroo, and I ordered a jackfruit burrito, and they sent me a chicken burrito (I do not eat any meat at all). Then, they sent a new burrito, and it was completely soggy and uneatable. Some from corporate really should retrain their staff. I will never be eating from this branch again; clearly, they don't care about their customers.

My wife and son w as ordering and i went to see what snacks they had, having picked up three different packets I was told not to touch them due to Corona virus, the items were place in a deep wooden box which u cannot see and have to reach across as a table covers the view. They very clearly had notices of 2 metre distance between customer's but nothing to see you cannot see what u buy, I offered to buy all the items I had touched but the rude manner in which this individual spoke was unacceptable. I too spoke out and highlighted if people cannot touch then why keep them in a wooden box or place them behind the glass counter. I for one definitely would not be going there.
